- MEMatt EnwrightAug 31, 20265.0The standby generator installation went beautifully, Kevin and the crew were friendly and very professional. All of my questions were answered and I'm looking forward to never loosing power again!
- MSMarilyn SpinaAug 17, 20265.0We had a Generac Full House Generator installed last week by 4-Green Power Systems.. They were by far the friendliest and most efficient company we have ever worked with. From our first consult with Mary Main, to the technicians who came and did the actual installation, it was a pleasure! We would highly recommend them as they are definitely specialists in their field.
- SSS.J. S.Oct 21, 20255.0The 4 Green Power System team recently installed a whole house generator in our home. They are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous from initial contact thru installation and beyond. Special thanks to Mary, Justin, Kevin and Helen and Staff!
- MCMaureen CarioggiaJul 16, 20241.04 Green Power Systems installed a geo thermal system in our new build home in 2021 and the company’s follow up since then is just awful! I ending up making 9 (yes, 9) requests for a printed receipt indicating our account was paid in full using various methods (text, mail via USPS with a stamped return envelope, and telephone calls) before they provided a receipt. I have also made 7 attempts in the last 2 months to get an update on the NYSERDA grant application they filed on our behalf in March 2022 (installers must file the application rather than the homeowners). 4 Green Power Systems has failed to respond to every call I’ve made to Court Rutherford and his Office Manager, Helen. So while the company had no problem pitching that “benefit” as part of their sales process, their customer service and follow up is seriously lacking. I cannot recommend this company.
