From our first consult with Mary Main, to the technicians who came and did the actual installation, it was a pleasure! We would highly recommend them as they are definitely specialists in their field.

The installation team was on time, professional, very knowledgeable and skilled and wrapped things up in about 4 1/2 hours. They left my basement neat as a pin! I highly recommend this family owned business.
- MCMaureen CarioggiaJul 16, 20241.04 Green Power Systems installed a geo thermal system in our new build home in 2021 and the company’s follow up since then is just awful! I ending up making 9 (yes, 9) requests for a printed receipt indicating our account was paid in full using various methods (text, mail via USPS with a stamped return envelope, and telephone calls) before they provided a receipt. I have also made 7 attempts in the last 2 months to get an update on the NYSERDA grant application they filed on our behalf in March 2022 (installers must file the application rather than the homeowners). 4 Green Power Systems has failed to respond to every call I’ve made to Court Rutherford and his Office Manager, Helen. So while the company had no problem pitching that “benefit” as part of their sales process, their customer service and follow up is seriously lacking. I cannot recommend this company.
