  I have used Glenn's Carpet & Linoleum, LLC for two flooring projects and on both occasions Glenn and his team were extremely friendly, detail-oriented and professional. The results look great and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

  Took my payment but never showed up to do the work, I waited a month!! They never called or provided updates. When I called, I got excuses. I filed a dispute with my card and now I have to start all over with another contractor. Buyer beware Their answer below is not true They never called back until later in the day AFTER I had already complained and then it was at 8:04 PM, well AFTER normal business hours. When I listened to the voicemail in the AM (I saved the voicemail and still have it), I txt'd them. It would appear you better be a good little customer or they will leave you with a torn apart house and make you wait for your money. Here is a verbatim transcript of the texts exchanged (Which I still have). No "memories" involved, just cold hard facts: Me to Glenn 7/16/20 7:18 AM Glenn, I received your voicemail. If you can get it done on or before Wednesday of next week. I'll be glad to end all disputes and withdraw all complaints otherwise I have no choice but to make other arrangements. I must get this done one way or the other Glenn to me I don't need any threats I told you before I would get it done in July you said no problem now you're threatening me why don't you call me Me to Glenn No threats were made... I'm at work and can't talk Glenn to me 7/16/20 10:55 AM I just found out you bad mouth me on better business bureau you're the only person to do that it is only the 15th of July I told you July but you know what stop in Friday night and we'll figure out how much omoney you're getting back cuz I do not want to do the job now for somebody like you Me to Glenn We agreed mid july and when I called you, you said you had no idea when you could get it done. You told me you would call me that evening and you never did. Everything I said to the BBB is true. If you refuse to do the work contracted for, this will get worked out via the credit card dispute. If you do finish the work, I'll withdraw the compliant and the cc dispute. It's your call Glenn to me 7/16/20 5:03 PM I wish you would have called me again that night when I was trying to line things up and I did call you the very next night I'm not interested in doing your work due to the way you handled this call my wife with your card number and she will refund your money

  I was so pleased with the service from Glenn's Carpet. I needed carpet repair, and without mentioning names, one of the "big" carpet/floor people in the area gave me an estimate of $400. Glen did it in a timely manner for less than 1/3 the price. If I ever need carpet, tile, or wood flooring, they will be #1 on my list.
