Alex did a great job installing the tank water heater, explained everything once he was done and answered any questions we had. He was courteous and professional. James handled the job with ease and confidence, answered questions, was courteous and professional as well.

He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the issue. He made sure everything was tested thoroughly before leaving and took the time to answer all of my questions. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous. I would definitely recommend this company.
- GRGautham RajendranJul 21, 20262.0I’ve used PAC Plumbing several times for work at my home and never had a problem until they made a billing error and refused to fix it. I pay a $20/month membership fee, and recently had AC repair work done. After the job, I gave the technician a specific card to charge. He appeared to enter it correctly, but I later discovered they’d actually charged the card on file for my membership fee instead. When I called to get that charge refunded and the correct card processed, the first rep took down my new card info and transferred me to someone else. That person said he’d need owner approval and could only look into it the following Monday. I confirmed I’d get a callback that day. Monday came and went with no response. When I called back the next day, I was told there was nothing they could do because the owners didn’t want to cover the fee to reverse and reprocess the charge, despite it being their mistake. I’m giving 2 stars because the work itself was done well and the technicians were punctual. But I can no longer recommend this company. They don’t follow through on callbacks and won’t take accountability, even for a loyal, paying member. I’ve since cancelled my membership.
