  This is the company you want to do business with!! We’ve been working with them for 2.5 years now. They installed a reverse osmosis system, sump pump, and automatic water pump. The annual maintenance has been a breeze. They always answer any questions we come across. From the receptionist to the maintenance crew and everyone I’ve spoke to in between they truly are a company that cares and makes their customers happy.

  Keith and Conner did an outstanding job with some electrical projects for us. The are very professional. Did great work and cleaned up after themselves. Reding also installed some mini-splits for us and we equally pleased with that process.

  Excellent service and friendly, professional staff! Keith responded quickly to a clogged plumbing issue and was able to fix the issue very timely and even reinstalled my toilet! 10/10 would recommend.

  I had Reding install two new water lines and move drain plumbing for shower remodels. There was a miscommunication about the installation, and it wasn’t done quite the way I had expected because the showers were being custom built. I’m not sure where the miscommunication occurred, but what impressed me was how they handled it. They promptly came back, addressed the issue, and made everything right without any hassle. Mistakes and miscommunications can happen—the way a company responds says a lot about them. They handled the situation professionally and with class. I really appreciated the way they stood behind their work and would absolutely recommend them. I also would add that they are great at communicating. When you call, you talk to a real person that is invested in a family business and takes the time to remember you. I was impressed with their effort to build relationships with members of the community which seems to becoming a lost art. Thanks team.

  If you live anywhere in rural WNY you probably are familiar with septic tanks and the process of digging them up on a regular basis to have them serviced. Being a senior citizen this became quite a chore. Reding helped me out and installed a "riser", a device placed over the septic tank. It is set into the ground and is flush with the lawn, has a removable lid and a device set into it to prevent any accidents when opened. No more digging ever!! Zach and Isaiah once again did a marvelous job with installation. They consulted with Mike who came over the same day and ordered the correct riser. It is such a relief for me to know that if I need assistance in the future Reding is there. This is the third time that Zach and Isaiah have helped me out. Thanks so much!!!!
