  Great experience with Reding Heating &Air! A/c quit working after hours and they sent a tech to my home within an hour. He was able to take care of the problem and spent additional time explaining the issue. I am a very happy customer!

  Yesterday, the AC went out it was a Sunday very late in the afternoon when it went. I called Redding and they were able to do an emergency service visit for us. The Tech Mike Domes was awesome he was knowledgeable, and friendly even at 9:45pm. He was able to replace the bad motor in our AC and got us to and cooling. I recommend this company if you need any furnace or ac work!

  Mike was a great tech! Very knowledgeable and understands potential issues that could come, and informed me of the potential issues. He offered multiple options (best, better, good) for repairs that fit my budget. I felt the pricing was a bit high for some parts, but Mike made it more comfortable with transparency. 3 stars because of cost ($195 to clean boiler with an additional $150 to drain it and add water back into it). Overall, I'd recommend Mike! Edit - 5 stars due to customer service and reaching out to me! They handled any concerns I had and answered any questions professionally.

  The entire team at Reding Inc has been wonderful. They've installed central heating and air in my 1820s home after removing all of the old radiators and equipment. I appreciate their professionalism while still being friendly and accommodating throughout the job. I specifically chose a family run small business hoping they would be exactly what they are - professional, here when they say they will be, flexible, and a consistent, pleasant group of people that I don't mind having in my home all day long for almost three weeks. I also like knowing that my calls will be answered in the future and the service team will know my house/systems versus getting a new tech each time I need something. Thank you, Reding, for understanding that bigger is not always better.

  Ryan, who had previously installed a water system component here came out to inspect my Well tank. I suspected the tank had failed because the Well pump was cycling on and off and water pressure was varying. He confirmed it was a bad tank which will need a replacement. Given the tank was put in by the Well driller one year ago and under warranty he recommended. I reached out to the Well drilling company to get it replaced, which I did. He was very helpful and spent time explaining things. I look forward to working with him going forward.
