  We chose Heat & Kool in the purchase of our new Carrier A/C unit and furnace. Their service was outstanding! Their staff was great to deal with including the people that installed our equipment. Their pricing is reasonable and we know that we saved money by using their services. Hassle free, pressure free company. We highly recommend them and have already referred them to others!

  Joey Marrocco came out to fix our mini-splits and was incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to educate us on things we weren't aware of and explained each step of the process, including the costs, so there were no surprises. Joey was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. We highly recommend him to anyone needing HVAC service!

  Best service and company to work with hands down. Our furnace blower needed to be replaced and they instantly scheduled us within two days(contacted over the holiday weekend). Our technician was professional, reliable and knowledgeable. Trusted company that we have used in the past for new installations and repairs and will continue to use in the future.   We live in a 110+ year old home and it does not have duct work. After we moved in we put in Mini-Splits that heat and cool with a competitor. They did their annual maintenance check of our systems this spring and told me that we needed to replace the drums in each unit. They never called me back to schedule an appointment, but did tell me it would cost around $1200 to replace 3 of the 6 drums we have. Heat and Kool are used in my office building and I decided to try them out. Immediately they scheduled a call to come out and look at our units. It was decided that the drums just needed to be cleaned and not replaced! We then scheduled an appointment to come back and clean them. Joey came and cleaned our 3 oldest units and how our A/C is even better than ever! They only charged me an hourly rate to clean them and I paid a fraction of what the competitor quoted me. Thank you so much Heat and Kool, I will be recommending you to everyone.

  We had a heat pump installed and a few days later I noticed a leak. Chad responded quickly and sent someone out right away. The technician, Joey Marrocco, was professional, knowledgeable, kind, and easy to work with. He clearly explained what was causing the problem and walked us through the options. I appreciated that he tried cleaning the condensate pump first before deciding it needed to be replaced. He also explained how it works and showed us how to clean it in the future. Overall, the service was responsive and thorough, and it was good to see the company stand behind their work. I'd definitely recommend them.
