  I live in an apartment complex in Webster and my AC broke down the other day. Our maintenance team looked at it and called Heat and Kool. Today on 8-24-26 Daniel from Heat and Kool came to repair the system and he found the problem and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Daniel was amazing! An outstanding technician and a very pleasant and friendly person to talk to. I appreciate his gifted skills to repair my AC quickly and leave me in such a good mood. Too bad I can't give Daniel and Heat and Kool 10 stars! -Linda K.

  We were impressed with our experience with Heat & Cool. While I looked for quotes, H & C rose to the top. From the first phone call through installation, we had a great experience. The installers worked tirelessly, long hours on a hot day. We are very grateful to H&C, Chris, Chad, and crew! THANK YOU!

  I would highly recommend Heat & Kool for any furnace/air conditioning repairs and service. My initial call was answered by a live person who was very helpful and efficient in scheduling a service tech appointment. The office confirmed the appt the day before and the tech contacted me the morning of the appointment to give me a status update on his arrival time. When Dave arrived, he was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to quickly fix the furnace problem I had called about and also identified and fixed another issue before it became a major problem. He was also very patient in explaining everything to me. I was highly satisfied and will definitely be using this company again for any future heating or cooling services.

  So far, Heat & Kool has been great. I say "so far" because we're not done diagnosing the problem with our A/C unit. First of all, the salesman who initially came to our house did not push a new unit on us. And he was the only rep we talked to who had testing equipment in his truck, so, unlike the reps from the other companies we talked to, he was able to determine at that first visit that the refrigerant had all leaked out. Based on that information, we scheduled a tech to come out. The tech was personable, respectful, and knowledgeable, and he explained clearly what he was doing. He pressurized the system with nitrogen (much cheaper than the refrigerant), and the pressure held. We're giving it a month to see if the pressure holds, then if it does, he will put in the refrigerant and we should be good to go. We truly appreciate Heat & Kool's willingness to work with us for a solution that fits our budget and makes logical sense, rather than just replacing the unit without diagnosing. Their estimate of the cost for the diagnosis and recharging the A/C is also significantly lower than anyone else's. So, as I said, so far they've been great. I would strongly recommend them.

  I’ve relied on this company several times for my business and have always been impressed (shoutout to Daniel for servicing our mini splits earlier this week). When my AC at home started leaking, I decided to call them again. Joey arrived within a few hours, was friendly, professional, and even great with my dogs 🐾. He not only provided an affordable fix, but also took the time to explain how I could prevent future leaks - something I’ve come to expect from this company’s commitment to education and helpful suggestions. Joey even helped me connect my system to the app before he left. I highly recommend this company!
