  Our technician Joey Marrocco was excellent. We were just one caller in what I’m sure was a deluge of other calls with no AC on the first hot day after the long winter. Joey had us up and running in no time. Not to mention he’s the cutest little teddy bear I ever done seen. 10/10 would recommend and will be using in the future.

  Had a great experience with Joey Marrocco as he serviced our AC system. Provided a wealth of information about our system that i didn't know previously. Was able to get everything at the levels they should be at while spending the extra time to explain it all to me. Can't recommend Joey and Heat & Kool enough!

  Their Technician Jamie did a thorough and professional inspection of my heating and A/C systems to assure that they would function well in the future. It is better to have Heat & Kool technicians here when you don't need them, rather than when something doesn't function and you MUST have them.

  Lots of places ask for reviews these days - the dentist office, the amazon seller who sold me a ream of paper, the coffee shop I went to once... if I reviewed all the places that ask I would never get anything done. So, my criteria is this: I only review things that are truly exceptional or truly awful. Heat & Kool was truly exceptional. It's hard to explain how great it was to work with this company! They were attentive, responsive, timely, cost effective compared to others, and went above and beyond in many ways. They even managed to notice a leak in my basement that I was unaware of and saved me a lot of time, hassle, and expense by doing so. The products are great, the installers were trustworthy, clean, and efficient, and even made sure that my room was left exactly as it was before in terms of furniture placement. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the job was done on schedule and to perfection, and saved me literally thousands of dollars. I highly recommend! I will use them whenever I have any HVAC needs. It's so nice there are still companies like this around who seem to really care about what they do and about customer service and satisfaction.

  Thank you, Heat & Kool for having outstanding customer service and a reasonable price. H&K came to my rescue after having a pushy salesman from another company insist that I was getting the best deal from him. At the recommendation of a friend, indicating that I was being ripped off, I made a call to Heat & Kool. Speaking to Christina was like speaking to a friend. She understood my frustration, put my mind at ease, and stated that the same high quality furnace would be much less, fully installed. Having Chris, the owner, review my furnace and heat pump needs, Heat & Kool saved me over $5K. From the office to the technicians, everyone has been very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. Customer service at its best! I'm so thankful that I made that call and you will too. I highly recommend them for all your heating and cooling needs.
