  I’ll start off by saying I called 3 places of business before calling D’Angelos. One place didn’t even pick up the phone. Next place didn’t want to come out and give me a quote and just said $17,000 for a new shower. D’Angelos was the only place that picked up the phone right away and got the process going. All the staff I spoke with at reception were kind and courteous. I got connected with Dennis. We needed a new fiberglass shower installed and some water hook up replaced. It was closer to $6,000. I’m so glad I called here. They got the process started right away. And even though they said it may not be till December till they could complete the work they got me in and we’re finished by 10/30/26! Exceptional workers we had Nick and Adam. They were wonderful guys. Always cleaned up after themselves. Just all around good people. And I can’t thank them enough for a job well done! Thank you we love our new shower!!!

  Quick response, nice service, kindly explain clearly and easy to understand, Price is affordable too! I will definitely call them first if I have any issues with my house. Highly recommended!!!

  After 21 years, we needed a new furnace and ac. After meeting Josh, we felt very comfortable moving forward with D'Angelo's for this purchase. Their communication was direct, prompt and courteous. No surprises. Installers Jeff, David and Conner were consummate professionals. They texted prior to arrival and arrived as stated. They worked all day, consistently showing care and respect for our house, property and us. They are all knowledgeable and took great pride in their work. The clean up was quick and thorough. Nothing out of place and everything looked pristine. Incredibly professional work. I could not be happier with these hard working people and our purchase.

  Very disappointed with the lack of customer care. The technician came out on a Friday to investigate a ceiling leak but was unable to locate the source and did not have an endoscope camera with him, even though we specifically asked for one. Cut a hole in the ceiling and all. The following day, we ordered an endoscope from Amazon with same-day delivery and were able to locate the leak ourselves. Since D'Angelo had already billed us $222 for the initial service call, which left us with the same leak and no running water for the weekend, I felt obligated to schedule another appointment with them rather than pay a second company for another service call. This meant waiting until Monday, taking another day off work, and going without running water until the leak could be repaired. I emailed the company explaining my concerns, but no one ever called or responded to my email. Ultimately, the leak was repaired on Monday, and we were billed for the labor to complete the repair. I understand that some leaks are difficult to diagnose, but I expected better diagnostic equipment, communication, and customer service from a professional plumbing company. A very disappointing experience.

  ****Lowering to a one star cause they wanna make it look like im lying and it was only a $10 increase when infact I paid $60 more***Got charge 160 tax included*.for a boiler cleaning that took about 35 minutes Normally pay around 92-100. Their technicians are great, friendly, know their job and answer any questions you have. When I called and asked why it went up 60 dollars in one year I was told they have been charging me for furnace cleaning since 2018 even though im very clear when I call that its a boiler. I understand the mistake but they set the precedent of pricing me for a furnace cleaning well I was honest about it being a boiler. On top of that they didnt run a special this year like every year past...so raise the price and no special in one year. At the very least the difference should of been split with an increase of 30 over last year. Ive been loyal since 2018 keeping them as my service provider. I guess I was wrong for expecting the same in return.
