  It’s been a grate place… bud my today experience with the lady at front desk was terrible. She was extremely rude with no reason. I was a loyal customer for past 10 years bud definitely I won’t go there no more!

  Really disappointed with our most recent interaction. While they have good, well maintained equipment, their customer service is deeply lacking. We rented a tiller on Friday morning. My husband went to bring it back at noon on Saturday. Google says they're open until 1 PM. But the door was gated and the sign on the front said closed Saturday and Sunday. Annoying, but okay. Since they're closed on Sundays and Monday was a holiday, the tiller sat in our garage. On Tuesday morning, I get an angry phone call from the woman at the desk wondering about the tiller. I explained about Saturday. She completely denied closing early. At first, I wondered if my husband went to the wrong place on Saturday or there was a misunderstanding of some kind. When I explained, she retorted "what you're saying is null" and continued with an angry tone. On Tuesday, after dropping my daughter at school, my husband brought the tiller back. (With a second angry phone call from the woman in the interim.) My husband confirmed he was there 12:30 on Saturday and the gate was closed. Instead of conceding the closed sign and locked gate were (at the very least) confusing and splitting the difference, she continued to rage at my husband and denied the gate being closed. We didn't even argue about paying the extra days for the confusion. Not worth the frustration. Either way, will not be renting from this place again. Just some basic politeness and 101 customer service would go a long way.
