    We could not be happier with how our project came out. We had multiple projects, including rebuilding the chimney, mortar work done on the house, garage and front steps. They did an outstanding job. Great communication and very honest people. Will definitely use this company in the future.

    I’d give zero stars if I could. Worse experience I’ve ever had with a contractor. I can’t provide all the details given I might be involved in pending litigation over their negligent work (this company will be sued as well to the extent it comes to that). Avoid at all costs. As a high level summary: the company came to the wrong house and even went on the wrong roof, they then failed to show up on the day they claimed they would start the work, they claimed 5+ people would be helping but only two showed up, and then the work they eventually did made the leak even worse than before they started. As an aside I hardly ever give bad reviews given the impact it can have on a business, but I feel compelled to warn others. 20240314. Note the company since responded that they’ve never done work for me. I’ve uploaded as a photo the invoice from them.

    Thank you to the crew of J&A for the great work. Installed a stainless steel liner and rebuilt the chimney. Everything was seamless from the estimate to getting it quickly scheduled. The crew is very polite and kind, respectful of the property and clean up well after the job. They get extra points from me as well since they took the time to be sweet to my dogs and make them comfortable while they were here working.
