  Based on our experience, and consistent with what others have said, these homes and apartment complexes by Bonacio are built very quickly, with a noticeable focus on speed over long-term quality. These properties are then rented at top-of-market rates, which makes the cost difficult to justify. It should go without saying, but at these price points, there should be a clear effort to deliver quality that will add to the value of the region, not just volume. The copy and paste, near identical builds that keep getting done detract from the character our area used to have. We are currently moving out of a Bonacio-built home and have experienced firsthand what a generic build, with limited distinction in materials and finishes. This is a fairly new build, and we’ve already had to address multiple issues with lighting, flooring, and drywall, things you shouldn’t have to fix in a brand new home

  I am disappointed in the job Bonacio company did on my building a few years ago. A pipe burst just last weekend and damaged the downstairs laundry room, community room and parts of mail area. And floors in some of the halls had to be redone. I do not trust this company. I believed they were parsimonious in their materials. Cheaply done. I do not recommend them.

  Bonacio Construction is all about building places cheap and cobbing everything they possibly can to save a dollar. This isn't on the workers themselves as they're wonderful people (at least the ones I've had contact with ) but they don't care about health or safety of their workers or their customers. They should be shut down. Literally covering up mold with paint and saying it has been "fixed"

  After reading the reviews and seeing how bad some people’s experiences were, I can understand why. Driving to work Monday morning and up comes a racing brand new Bonacio Construction truck, just to race over two lanes to cut me off and slam on the brakes at the light. I can’t understand why people do this? I would think twice about working with this company.

  When we lost our dream home to a fire, we were dreading the process of rebuilding. After our first meeting with Bonacio Construction, we instantly felt like we had come to the right place for our new beginning. Having built a custom home before, we thought we knew what we were in for, but we were so pleasantly surprised. The amount of customization included in our package was above and beyond anything we had anticipated. While I was worried that what seemed like endless decisions to be made would be overwhelming, working with our selections coordinator Mary Riddervold was such a pleasure! Always prepared and ready to lend an opinion with her experienced eye, she made the process so much easier and truly enjoyable. We were equally impressed with our project manager, Ryan Dennis. He went above and beyond to solve any problem we had along the way. Always responsive and proactive, Ryan's ability to keep the project moving and on track was exemplary. We've been living in our home for over a year now and are so pleased with the finished product. We enjoyed working with the team at Bonacio Construction and would highly recommend them!
