  We had never been to Carpet Trends before, but happened to stop by their sidewalk sale in Rye in July — and we are SO glad we did! Ryan was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. He was incredibly friendly, sweet, attentive, and patient while helping us choose three beautiful carpets for our home. He took the time to show us different options, answer all of our questions, and help us find pieces that were perfect for our space. And a special shoutout to him for being so patient with my four-year-old son, who apparently decided the rolled-up carpets were his personal playground 😂. Ryan was also incredibly responsive and communicative throughout the entire process and gave us a great, fair deal. He truly took care of everything — from surging and rug pads to delivery and even spreading the rugs out in our home. We feel so lucky to have a place like Carpet Trends right here in Rye, and especially to have someone like Ryan to work with. If you’re looking for beautiful carpets and a genuinely wonderful shopping experience, go see Ryan! You won’t be disappointed! ❤️

  Carpet Trends is a family-owned business, and it shows! Yes, they have a huge selection for any room type or budget. But what sets them apart is that they care about the customer. If you are looking for selection and excellent personal service, I highly recommend.

  The whole gang at Carpet Trends is AMAZING! From the salespeople(who go above and beyond to keep your business) to admin -to the installers♥️(Who work the hardest)—everybody is TOP NOTCH— I had a job where I needed a runner by Friday and they delivered.   Carpet trends installers did a great job laying vinyl tile on our concrete basement floor and carpeting on the basement stairs. The job was not easy as I have a 10'x16' model train table that takes up almost all the space that sits on 12 heavy legs. Marcos and his crew were courteous and friendly. Highly recommended.
