- RHRonald HarrisAug 10, 20265.0I had a large capacity water heater failure when I called Pride. My original request was to have our water heating examined but it wound up needing to be replaced. It was 14 years old so I've long expected it. Pride sent Sean who was a pleasure to work with. My old heater had special dimensions and the brand/model was no longer available. Sean provided a new replacement water heater that was close to my previous dimensions, delivered it to my home (with additional help), removed the old heater, and replaced it with one that met our need all in about 4 hours (I'm about 2 miles from there offices). The price was very reasonable! He was tidy, wore shoe covers, used tarps, was considerate, and thorough. He went above and beyond in my view and I appreciated his work. Sean is the second plumber I've worked with from Pride; both being excellent. Plumbers are one of those things that when you find a good one, you stick with them. Pride is a really good one.

- RERich EJul 31, 20265.0I called to have a valve under my sink replaced. Sean showed up within an hour. He was neat and polite. While shutting off tbe main water, Sean noticed a leaking expansion tank, and upon further review it was rusted out on the bottom. Sean went to the shop to pick up a new one, and returned within a few minutes to install the new tank. He did a nice job installing both the valve and the tank. Ive had other jobs done by Pride and happy with the results.
