  Until recently I would have continued to highly recommend Tile Wholesalers, but not anymore. We purchased $1,800 worth of kitchen floor tile, and decided to add a heating element for a portion of the floor.  When the tile installer called for quote on the heater system needed he was provided with a price in the range of $400.  The project was approved and moved forward.  But, each step of the way we found out there was something missing;  specifically that the quote excluded the price for the thermostat and the pads to hold the heating elements.  The project increased from the original amount of $400 to over $900. When I attempted to discuss this with the owner, Mr. Ferkins, he asked that I think about what could be done to make me feel better about this transaction.  After several days I called him back to tell him.  At that time, he refused to consider any options, berated me, implied that my recollection of the discussions and the actions were wrong and I was lying. There are many places to choose from to purchase tile.  I will never recommend a company where the owner does not treat clients with the respect and trust that should be the at the core of business ethics.

  Before and after pictures. The beautiful marble tile makes the whole bathroom. I’m so happy with my new bathroom. I have other projects in mind and will definitely revisit Tile Wholesales for my next floor.
