  I had a leak underneath my sink called Nicols. I needed a new garbage disposal. They were here within three hours. Same day fix the problem in an hour and I was back in business. They were polite, knowledgeable, and very respectful of my property would definitely use them again.

  My experience from start to finish was positive. The scheduler "Penny" was pleasant, respectful, and helpful. The service member who responded "Ron" was also respectful, polite, and thorough. The job was done quickly, and Ron cleaned up the area afterward, which was a plus in my book. I will be using this company's service continually in the future.

  Nathan called me about 20 minutes before arriving. He explained to me how he was going to do the work step by step, just as the estimator planned it out. He was very courteous and professional. And cleaned up after himself. The work consisted of replacing a circuit breaker with a GFCI, running wire outside from a subpanel, installing waterproof outlet and switch for a pool pump and heater.

  Nichols is the best out there so don't call any other company! I called Nichols to have them install a new shower head and toilet for my mom who had broken her leg and was returning home after several weeks in the hospital/rehab. I first spoke with Sarah who was awesome and super friendly. I had to reschedule and spoke with Penny who was just as awesome. I had to call yet another time (nothing they did) and spoke with Jenn for this one. The issue I spoke to Jenn about was a little more involved. She handled it with a sense of urgency and it was taken care of in no time. The two plumbers who went to my mom's house were Luke and Joel and my mom loved them! She was so impressed with their professionalism, kindness and willingness to do whatever they needed to do to help her.

  This is an A+ company. From the wonderful people that answer the phone to the service people doing the work. I called frantically after 3 pm with my water heater leaking and the woman very calmly explained they could have Joe Brennan there the next day at 1 pm. He would access the situation, remove the old one and install a top quality new one, as needed. Joe came, explained my options, and was efficient, informative and quick. You could tell he was at the top of his trade. He explained the new easier-to-use turn off valve on the tank and made sure I understood everything I would need to know before he left in a little over an hour. He also was kind enough to reattach a faucet handle that I was unable to get back on. I would use Nichols Electric and Plumbing again in a heartbeat. Thank you!
