  Josiah was an extraordinary technician, able to explain complex issues to an amateur, willing to offer options, and never pushing expensive services. Expert and personable, he was able to fix what was fixable, and give the bad news when a fixture needed replacement. Cordial and knowledgeable, he would be welcome to work in my house anytime.

  Nichols was very thorough, professional, friendly and courteous. They set up an emergency service left the space clean and tidy and were very good about communicating all the information to us. I would call them again in a heart beat. I even referred my neighbor to them while they were standing in the driveway. Great work to all the guys!!! Thank you to Caleb, Connor, Jack and all the other guys who pulled together to get this very big job completed quickly and efficiently.

  Nichols plumbing came out within one day of my appointment request. Joel showed up on time and was very respectful. He gave me a quote with options before he did any work. I had an outdoor spigot that was leaking even though it was shut off. He installed a new shut off and a new spigot and replaced some pipe for me. He did a great job and I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

  I could not be more impressed with the service I received! I called with a toilet repair issue, and the friendly, helpful person on the phone was able to schedule a visit for that very same day. The service technician, Joel, kept us updated on his arrival time, which I truly appreciated. Once here, Joel was knowledgeable, efficient, and exceptionally respectful of our home. He completed the repair quickly and flawlessly. I am incredibly pleased with this service visit and will definitely be using Nichols again for any future needs. Highly recommended!

  Where do I even begin?! Since my initial call to Nichols I felt like I was treated like family. The ladies in the office, Kristina (Sorry if I miss spelled your name), went above and beyond to listen to my home concerns, explain options to me that would best benefit me financially and explain the entire process of the services I was requesting and would be receiving. I was very pleased with how quickly I was able to be scheduled and have follow up work completed. I have utilized their plumbing services and electric (electrician). I feel their staff take pride in their jobs, are knowledgeable and respectful of their costumers and their homes. Ron, was my plumber who was kind to not only me, but my mother, who was present at the time of repairs due to my work schedule. Everything was taken care of in a timely manner, and my property was respected and valued as if it were their own space. I recommend this company to anyone who needs any of their services, and do intend on utilizing them for all my future home repairs and renovations.
