  Andrew Nicholas was the technician from John Betlem who came today to perform annual maintenance on my air conditioner. Andrew was professional and knowledgeable and completed a full examination of the unit. He was on time and kept the area around the unit clean and the way it was when he arrived. He explained what he did and asked if I had any questions. Andrew is a fine technician and an asset to your company.

  Excellent service! Requested a sewer line cleanout online and received a response within a half hour. Jamison called and arrived in about 15 minutes. Work was efficient and completed in less than an hour. He was friendly and spoke highly of the Betlem business. He explained the whole cleanout procedure. He did a great job of cleaning up the area and putting the washing machine back into place and leveled. I would recommend Betlem and Jamison in a heartbeat.

  Fast, efficient, professional. Approved for financing within 90 seconds and no interest if it's paid off in 12 months. Matt and Rob were very thorough with a flawless installation and explanations of how to maintain and troubleshoot the new heater. Pricing was definitely a sign of the times. Not John Betlem's fault. I'm sure the savings is bobbing around the Straight of Hormuz somewhere 😂

  I was very pleased with this service, I recently moved into a new home with no AC, I gave them a call and we were getting installation within days. The two young men that came out were friendly, professional and thoroughly explained the system. They wore shoe covers and laid mats down to not dirty my floors. Full install was done in around 7 hours. I am updating this review as per their Facebook page they were offering a free water heater with any new installation. I got a new install and they did not mention this and will not honor it afterwards. I'm not a fan of misleading or false advertisements.

  I was not the customer directly, but my family member was. A Betlem Heating and Cooling employee showed my elderly family member a photo of a broken part of their furnace, that was NOT THEIRS. This employee attempted to con my elderly, vulnerable loved one out of thousands of dollars. This kind of behavior is disgusting and will not be tolerated. Additionally, there is nothing wrong with my loved ones furnace & the quote that they did provide is way overpriced, even if it were true! We confirmed this with multiple, true professionals in the trade. I am thankful the horrible person did not succeed- this post should serve as a warning.
