  Don was great! Can not recommend enough! Both times he came to house he was very knowledgeable and professional and really went above and beyond for our repairs. Being in service industry ourselves we can appreciate and value when we work with experts in their own field who make us feel comfortable knowing the job would be done right. We can not say enough great thongs abd would highly recommend his service for any work needing done and we will definitely use his services shoukd we need in the future. John Betlem got lucky when they hired him for sure!

  We had a fantastic experience with John Betlem Heating and Cooling. We live in a 1960s ranch with hot water baseboard heat, which made finding a cooling solution difficult. They proposed and installed an ENERGY STAR® Certified Lennox 1.5 Ton Wall Mount Mini-Split, and it's the perfect solution for our home. The technicians were highly experienced, friendly, and courteous. They didn't just install the unit and leave; they spent a significant amount of time explaining the system to us, demonstrating using the remote to control its many features, (which includes heating as well!), and walking us through the system's easy routine maintenance. If you have an older home with limited HVAC options, I highly recommend this team for their expertise and stellar customer service!

  All three (3) young men, Maxwell, Stephen & Boaz, who took care of the installation of my new air conditioner were wonderful. Did a great job. Cleaned up everything. Left it spotless. Did a great job explaining everything to me. Very grateful for John Betlem Heating & Cooling and their crew. Mike Petrella, who initially visited me to talk about purchasing the new air conditioning unit, and who I’ve dealt with in the past, was friendly, funny, outgoing, knowledgeable and fair.

  EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE! From the technician who called me back on Saturday when I booked on a weekend suggesting to book on a week day so I wouldn’t have to spend as much, to Mel managing the phone calls with professionalism and Matt, the technician who went above and beyond. I had a leaking dying hot water heater. Matt explained how the entire new tank worked, why it was installed that way, what to do to avoid the humidity, even explaining how another contractor installed the sub pump and how that worked. If you want repairs done the right way with a team that cares, call John Betlem!

  If I can do ten stars for service provided..I would. Jamison and Bradley were amazing! I was in the needs of replacement of two faucets in the bathroom and toilet repair. Installation of fancy contemporary faucets was flawless. Professional service, squicky clean place after repair, down to earth, friendly Jamison and Bradley,who took their time to explain things to technically challenge person ( me!) and make the whole experience worry free. Also toilet repair was so simple and I wasn't even charged for that. I highly recommend this company! I'm thinking...what else I need in my house to fix to call John Betlem company again?! I used the company again for repair of faulty wire under kitchen cabinet lights and once again the service was excellent. Technicians Ryan and Bradley were very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. Thank for great service!
