  I would give Isaac less than zero stars if possible. They were great in the beginning, taking projects and our money of over $18k overall. But when there was an issue with miscommunication (on Isaac's part) for our last project, we got the run around for MONTHS before being handed off to the retention specialist who also gave us the run around. I wanted to cancel our contract because of the AWFUL customer service Isaac has provided us (from management) but was told I would be responsible for over $1k due to the contract. So now I'm being penalized and stuck with a contract with a terrible company because of the horrendous customer service provided. I would NEVER recommend ISAAC to anyone.

  My 2year old air conditioning that Issac installed wasn't working. I actually placed a call at 2:30 a.m. and they came out the same day and assessed the situation. Turned out my dog, well let’s just say, he used it as a fire hydrant and that burned out the coils. A new condenser was ordered and installed in a very timely fashion. I can’t say enough about the awesome, friendly crew. I absolutely would highly recommend Issac. I will be placing a fence around the unit so my dog can’t get near it. Keep that in mind if you have a male dog!

  Was waiting to post this review just in case they decided to actually do a decent job for once. The new system that I bought from them broke after 2-3 years of having it. Had the technician come out and paid 130 dollars even though we both knew what was wrong. He was great. Said it’d be under warranty. Got a call three days later and the lady said I owe 462 dollars. I told her I was told it was under warranty. She said oh she wasn’t told that and she will have to have the manager call me. A week ago mind you I have still not received a call. 12k for a new furnace and central air and they treat you like garbage. Mind you this is all after issues with the install where they didn’t do everything they were supposed to. Impossible, go somewhere else. I knew they were going to try and pull a fast one on the warranty

  We installed a new heating and cooling system with this company two years ago, and as part of our purchase, we received free annual maintenance service\. Unfortunately, our experience with this year’s service was disappointing The technician who came to perform the annual maintenance seemed much more focused on trying to sell us an extended warranty than on properly completing the maintenance service After he left, we discovered that he had forgotten to plug the unit back in The following day, our basement was filled with water coming from the furnace. We spent more than three hours cleaning up the water and trying to save belongings that were damaged as a result\. This was completely unacceptable, especially considering that the purpose of the service was to inspect and properly maintain our system. We trusted the technician to leave the unit in proper working condition, and instead we ended up with significant water damage and a great deal of stress and work. We are disappointed with the quality of the service and hope the company takes this situation seriously and addresses it appropriately\.
