  J.P., Ethan and John were extremely professional. They respected our home and after they were gone you almost wouldn’t have known that they were here. I am very pleased with the quality JP’s workmanship installing my new furnace. It is such a nice neat job, night and day from the old system. I do a lot of woodworking and I’m very particular about details because they make the difference between a quality job and a bad job. JP‘s installation is so well done, I would be happy to say that I did it. Keep up the good work, I will be calling Isaac for any HVAC service I need in the future!

  My husband and I had duct cleaning services done, and we had the pleasure of having Joshua as our tech. Josh was very polite, respectful and most importantly was thorough throughout the entire process. He was also transparent about the services being performed and even showed us a “before and after” of what was cleaned out. We immediately noticed an air quality difference after the services were completed. Highly recommend, and will be using Issac again!

  Yunis was absolutely fantastic! He was kind, respectful, professional, and did an excellent job throughout the entire process. He took the time to walk me through each step and clearly explained what was going to happen moving forward, which made everything so much easier and less stressful. I couldn’t be happier with the experience and would highly recommend Yunis to anyone looking for excellent service!

  Scheduled a free furnace check (bought a furnace from Isaac) along with an air conditioning unit check for an additional fee (air conditioning unit had not been replaced). Before any actual work had started when discussing that cost, he (the technician) quoted @ $149. I mentioned that competitors were offering $99.00. He wasn’t aware of any offers. I checked the Isaac web site and sure enough they also were offering the same service at $99.00. The service tech made several calls, three (3) I recall, finally receiving an approval for the Isaac $99.00 coupon. Not the best of communication between Isaac field and office operations. Technician was a very nice, seemed very qualified for the job, but was stuck in the middle. Overall, all not the happiest of campers. Live and learn. Going forward I consider carefully who receives the order for the new air conditioning unit and the “after the sale” service.

  Giving 2 stars because the service was fast and efficient. We called and the technician was there same day and we got a new water heater the following day. But I feel like we paid for a service we didn’t need and were taken advantage of in terms of what we needed and pricing. We had a leak in our basement and called Isaac as we suspected the water heater. We were told the leak was definitely the water heater and it needed to be replaced. We don’t know much about water heaters and needed a fast solution as we were new parents and were quoted the price for the “one we had previously” which was $5,000. A couple of days later we noticed water in our basement again and another person came out and said the water heater was not the source. Given the water was in the same location and pattern, I feel that the water heater was never the problem and we got duped into replacing our water heater unnecessarily and duped into paying for the most expensive one. As I said previously, we are new parents on leave from work, so the cost was not insignificant. I called to see if there could be any resolution and never heard back. Needless to say do your own research before going with this company!
