  It was a batch of 90° summer days here in New York, and on the first one my central air conditioner died. One phone call and Isaac Cooley and heating was at my house two hours later for an estimate and within two days I had my central air conditioning back. Outstanding turnaround for this time of year and the service by Andrew and Zach was impeccable, thorough and professional. I What highly recommend this company

  Timothy Kuehne did a great job in repairing the second leaky fitting on the supply lines for our MItsubishi heat pump mini-split system. Tim made the repair, evacuated the system, refilled it to factory standards with refrigerant, and returned the system to full operation, just in time to provide needed cooling during the extreme heat warning in the area during the first week of July 2026. Thank you for the service.

  I am happy with my product and service tech. However being stress baited into a warranty with no written contract to review and no time to make a decision prior to the offer being void was very unprofessional. This is not the type of business I expected from Isaac. The sales/management team put onis on the maintenance tech to reveal a warranty offer only valid until he leaves the property. It was presented as he was leaving, no written warranty to review and no advance notice to be able to make a decision. The sales team should have reached out prior to the visit.

  4th company we’ve had look at / snake our backed up sewer line. We had the original 68 year old cast iron sewer line full of scale. They descaled and tested the inflow to the septic. Nothing. So they went back down and descaled another 15 feet and broke apart something very hard, not sure if it was scale build up or rock. (We had most of our sewer line replaced 2 weeks ago, so maybe when they slid it in the ground, debris got lodged in). Anyway they tested the inflow again and all is well. All in all very very thorough and very attentive to detail. Can finally run a shower and do flush a toilet at the same time. Also quoted $109 for the visit plus $518 for the descale while another company quoted $3500 for a descale??

  We had a roofing company replace our roof. Somebody on the crew that was working at our house placed a large foam block over our a/c unit outside and didn’t inform anyone. Well the a/c never got turned off which cause it to overheat and burnt out the capacitor. Chad came out at 11-11:30 at night!! He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He figured out the problem quickly and got the a/c running and gave me some good advice about our older unit. He did a free gas leak test as well. We have a 4 month old who was running a fever and had previously been prone to seizures. Having the a/c fix was a huge safety concern more than just an inconvenience. Chad got it running for us and had a great attitude. Especially for the time of day he came out. I can’t express how grateful I am Issac was able to get somebody out as fast as they did. Thank you again!!
