  Had a great experience with Patrick and Nicole - quick response to my call and setting up an appointment to take a look at the work I needed done. The work was completed in a few hours, and looks fantastic! I will be using Fine Line Improvements again!

  We had a unique project to improve upon existing metal siding on an older house and while the plan seemed like a good idea at the time, the execution was less than expected. From the street it looks decent but upon closer inspection the work is not so clean. Communication with the company was great at the start and then dropped off after we signed the agreement. The crew that was doing the install left screws and debris all over our small yard and driveway, there was fine plastic shavings everywhere. Our outside garbage cans were used, which is fine, but there was recycling placed in the regular trash and regular trash in the recycling. There were lunch remains left out by our back door. Little to no cleanup was done. The proposal included 5 points of work to be done and we feel that 1, possibly 2 were completed.

  This company was great to work with. Patrick with great in explaining what needed to be done and why, he was patient and answered all my questions. The staff that was here were wonderful and respectful, they were amazing right from the tear off to the clean up and they got it all done in one day. Pricing was reasonable and would recommend them to come and give you and estimate.
