  One star rating. Don’t take my word for it though. In fact…look at the amount of negative reviews I have left on Google. I cannot stress this enough. Before building with Faber; walk the neighborhood of Queens Park in West Henrietta and talk to anyone that lives there. I started to write my list of issues I have had with this company….and it’s a book. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. I have gone the whole summer without air conditioning in a 3-year old house as my final straw. My wife and I are at our wits end. They claim to care about customer satisfaction. Their actions say otherwise. They blame their contractors. They blame their suppliers. No accountability. Never have they met a deadline with us….or followed up on something without us reminding them 2-3 times. With this company their is nothing but excuses. Especially after they have your money. Then it’s really over with them delivering on anything. Run the other way if you are building a new house!

  Faber was amazing to work with. Anthony T was extremely supportive and patient with us every step of the way. We are very appreciative for the swift communication and the willingness to make things right when issues arose. We hope to enjoy our home for many years to come. Thank you!

  It took two years for my house built. Having crack walls and squeaking floor and it hasn’t even been a year yet. Warranty is just a joke you have to wait 6months and 12 months your issues to be fixed. They will take work order on the day of inspection, not keeping the house maintenance as needed.
