We purchased a home and immediately discovered water infiltration in the basement that was not picked up by our home inspector. We contacted a few companies and eventually found Everdry. They thoroughly explained what was needed to resolve the issue.
Fred and his crew arrived to perform the work and they went above and beyond to ensure that our needs were met and our concerns were addressed. They did a great job of keep us up to date on the process and even talked to our neighbors about work that might be close to their property line.
I will be recommending Everdry to everyone that has any basement problems.

Stan and Nick stopped by today to check on our basement that we had done a few years prior. I reported no leaks and that the basement is doing great
5/6/26 Just had work done by Everdry on 4/30 and 5/1/2026. The crew sent out was respectful, appeared to do good work, cleaned up after themselves and everything looked great at 1st. The foreman, Fred, was excellent. I am posting this as the caregiver and companion of the elderly consumer, and as one who lives in the home 24/7 and has to deal with issues they left behind for Rev Richard Flaherty. Don't be fooled when they try to reply to my review (as they did to someone else who stated the work was done for his gf) and say they don't see a work order in my name, because my name wasn't used, just his. It hadn't even been 5 full days since they left and already there are issues. I went down to do our 1st laundry load since they left and noticed water started to pour from the pipe under the wash basin when I ran water in the sink. This is the same drain pipe also attached to our washing machine. Thankfully I caught it quickly as there is still cement that isn't cured underneath and took a video. We contacted the office immediately when they opened. He explained that one of their crew had likely dislodged the p trap and may not have realized it as they were using a jackhammer to break the basement slab for waterproofing. At 1st they said they would have to check their calendar and send someone when they could fit us into their busy schedule, when reminded this was a $20k job he had just paid for they agreed to send someone out between 3-5 pm today to fix the issue. They then sent an unqualified individual who came without proper tools to take the fitting apart to realign the p trap, did not have plumbers tape to seal it when realigned, took off the metal trap, sawed off the most of the bottom of the original metal drain and tried to replace it with a thin flexible plastic hose, some paper thin pvc pipe, metal hose clamps and rubber hose and tried to jerry-rig everything before admitting he was "out of his league" and didn't know what he was doing. The Reverend then contacted Emily at their office to file a complaint about what was currently being done. At this point it was close to closing time for them and she was too concerned about getting off work on time and cutting off his complaint to handle customer relations and told him they would "try" again tomorrow. After noticing the drain issue, I have since looked further around the basement, finding other issues including an electrical issue they left behind in the form of a power cord stretched from the EZ Breathe system they installed to an outlet on a different wall that now hangs down in front of our clothes dryer where it doesn't belong. Common sense and keeping up to code would mean installing a cord that does not hang into open air and block access to utilities while endangering the elderly homeowner. The dryer does not belong where they placed it in the photos, but instead sits back in the corner behind where they left the ext cord hanging in the way. Also, their inspector that came out tried to get him to agree to having their electrician bring said electrical outlets on the basement walls up to certain specifications before they would even do the work due to possible fire/electrical hazard. Thankfully he had a qualified licensed electrician that did everything they wanted plus some for half of what they would charge him for the work. After seeing today's attempt at unqualified plumbing I would be scared of what might happen had they been allowed to do it. I recommend you check other companies in the Rochester, NY area if you have basement waterproofing concerns and had even remotely considered having them do the work. There is no reason to do crummy work and not be willing to fix problems immediately, especially when you charge homeowners an arm and a leg to supposedly fix existing problems only to cause others.
* 5/8/26 - leaks repaired yesterday, they sent Roto Rooter, still several other issues to resolve before we're done. Office now claims they don't do plumbing or electric. Asking us to remove the 1 star review and they haven't even fixed everything. *

I called Everydry after some heavy rain caused water to appear in my basement. Calling them and scheduling a free quote/estimate visit was easy and as painless as picking up the phone.
Note: They have a company policy that requires all homeowners to be on property for the inspection. They made me aware of this on the call (more on this in a moment). Because of this, we had to wait until later the afternoon the next day to accommodate my wife's schedule.
The rep arrived at the agreed upon time. Unfortunately, my wife was unavailable last minute due to work and was unable to be onsite for the visit. Because of this, the rep was unable to do the inspection. I explained to him that I'd prefer to move forward as he was here and I did not want to reschedule but he insisted that the policy prevented that. While I understand this is a company policy and he is just enforcing this, I strongly disagree with any policy so inflexible that it wasting peoples time with such a strict rule versus a preference. What if she was out of town? What if she was sick? Having her here for a free inspection where I was not going to sign up for anything is a huge waste of time and not something other places in the area seem to have the same concern with. Because of this, I need to call around and find someone else to come out - which has caused a delay in getting this issue resolved. To his credit, they did offer to reschedule on the spot but as they were so strict with their visit requirements, I told them I'd get back to them so as to not waste another visit.
He did walk the property, view the basement, and discuss the possible issues - which was, I guess, nice of him consider the above policy comments. He didn't do any testing nor did he do anything beyond talking about what is likely happening. He seemed knowledgeable of the area and the possible issues that were going on. That said, he was fairly rude, condescending, and spoke down to me on a number of occasions. In one occasion, I told him what research I had down and asked if what I had found was accurate. He asked me what I do for work and when I told him, he basically told me to stay with what I know and leave this to the experts. While I'm not a home repair expert, I did my best to ask questions and try to understand the situation, where he spent more time laugh when I said something incorrect and telling me how much of an issue this was without providing any solutions.
Because of the above, I will be going with someone else for this and all future needs. I do not agree with a policy that wastes the time of the customers, nor do I appreciate being so rudely spoken to when I was very clearly dealing with an issue and would have appreciate a highly level of decorum from a company that has been around as long as they have.
