  Had a great appointment with Eddie Milliken from the Rochester team. He spent a lot of time with us exploring some different projects we had in mind. Some of the things weren’t even on the list of projects from the original consult phone call, but he stayed as long as he needed in order to give us all the details. We pulled the trigger on a sliding door and some windows. Great service-looking forward to the new upgrades!!!

  We had windows put in last week in our Irondequoit home, 14609 area. Our installers were John, Les and Allen, they did a great job, they came right in and got right to work. We were scheduled for 3 days but they got the job done in 2. We have used Comfort Windows for many years and will continue to use them. Great job guys, keep up the great work!

  Comfort Windows changed our whole view of the outside world. These guys did a great job installing the new windows which replaced our very old rotted windows. They were hard working and respectful, always making sure they left the place as clean as when they got there. Good job Comfort and crew!

  We were very satisfied with our new Comfort windows, door, and storm door, but also highly satisfied with our installers! John, Les, and Allen did an amazing job, were highly respectful, professional, and courteous! We could not have asked for better, and would definitely recommend them to other customers.

  On May 7, 2026, Eddie Milliken came to my home in the Town of Gates, NY to discuss replacing a sliding glass door. He has a great attitude, is very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He did a good job explaining the product and my options. I had numerous questions, and he answered every one in a friendly manner. I signed a contract for a new replacement door and looking forward to the install. I'm already thinking of possible future window replacements and would definitely call Eddie/Comfort again.
