I placed 2 separate calls a few weeks apart, asking to speak with someone regarding getting an estimate on a boiler replacement. After not getting a call back on the 1st inquiry, I figured I would give them a chance; things happen. Was informed both times from the office that Steve would be reaching out to me. I never received any call back. I was looking forward to hearing from them. Business must be really good if potential customers are ignored. I will move on.
