We’ve great experiences with Kintech and highly recommend them! Everyone has been friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They are always helpful, take the time to answer questions, and genuinely seem to care about their customers. It’s nice to have a company you can count on. I truly appreciate their excellent service and would definitely recommend them!

The outside condenser was making an awful noise when the heat kicked on. I called and was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. They confirm your appointment via text, notify you when the technician is on the watch and send you a picture of the technician so you know who will appear at your door. I’ve had the same technician, Scott, handle a few issues in the last year. He is always polite, friendly, and courteous of the household space/cleanliness. I’ve been happy with using Kintech the last few years for my HVAC system.

The communication and professionalism from start to finish with Kintech was unmatched! We used them twice as we needed service as well as a replacement of an oil tank in the same month. These guys were clean, professional, and walked me through every step of their process. Their pricing was reasonable and appreciated the "time is of the essence" in our situation. Highly recommend for all your HVAC needs.

I have been dealing with various heating companies for over 20 years. This is absolutely the best one yet. I have had two dealings with their techs, one with Pat and one with Vinny. Both were knowledgeable, forthcoming with explaining what they were doing, open to questions and very friendly. I appreciate that when the techs are on their way they text you the techs name and picture, as well as a link to see where they are and their estimated arrival time. This is obviously a company who has distinguished themselves from others through customer service.

Chris and his assistant came to fix a baseboard leak. What seemed like a minor repair turned out to be much more. Chris managed the job in a very professional manner and solved all the issues. He was knowledgeable and kept me informed. I would recommend Kintech without hesitation.
