  Tyreek of Royal Comfort is smart, observant, and detail-oriented. He noticed key things about our furnace that other service people from other companies missed. He explained everything he did--and why it was important to have it done. He is also friendly and patient. His visit was a great introduction to Royal Comfort.

  The Royal Comfort team (Simon, Jose, Miguel, and Spencer) did an excellent job insulating a huge exterior wall as well as the attic of my house. They were an excellent crew—very professional, flexible, and thorough throughout the entire 6-day project. For the attic, they completely removed all the wood that was covering the space, along with all the old insulation material that had been sitting up there for over 50 years. I was also incredibly impressed by their cleanliness; every single day, they left the inside of my house perfectly clean. On top of that, they perfectly cleaned all the different areas outside my house that they used to cut wood and work. I highly recommend them!

  Horrible nightmare of a tech and company. I called for an emergency when my home was overheating. The tech said they knew exactly what was causing this and to replace the top of a zone valve. They recommended for me to get the rest of the valves replaced down the line. They charged me over 600 dollars and when they left, the house was still over heating. I called back and the tech on the phone denied any accountability for saying this would fix the issue. Beware of Kevin Reyes

  We had an outstanding experience with Royal, from the very first phone call until the last crew member walked out our door. Following a carbon monoxide leak and the emergency shutdown of our 30+ year-old boiler, we found ourselves without heat and in urgent need of a replacement. Royal came highly recommended by several neighbors, and now I completely understand why! From the moment I called, the experience was exceptional. Katie answered the phone with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine understanding of our urgency. She immediately went to work coordinating help and was even able to reroute someone to our home within 30 minutes! Robert S. arrived and took the time to thoroughly explain our options. Rather than simply recommending a replacement, he conducted a comprehensive assessment of our home to ensure the new boiler would be properly sized for our needs. He returned twice, answered every question, and provided an incredibly clear, detailed, itemized proposal. Having received quotes from several other plumbing companies, including some of the larger names in the area, I can confidently say Royal’s proposal was by far the most transparent and thorough. The installation experience was equally impressive. The crew arrived exactly when promised, and Royal’s text notifications, including arrival updates and technician locations, were a great touch. Three trucks arrived for the installation, and every single person who entered our home was professional, respectful, hardworking, and genuinely kind. What stood out most was the empathy and sense of urgency demonstrated by the entire team. We weren’t just another installation on their schedule. It truly felt like everyone understood that there was a family with three young children waiting for heat, and they were all working together to get us back up and running as quickly and safely as possible. A special thank-you to Simon, who was there throughout all three days of the installation, providing continuity and ensuring that every last detail was addressed. He was literally the last person to leave, tidying up not only the work area but even the room the crew had used to enter and exit our home. That level of care and attention to detail did not go unnoticed! I’d also like to recognize Jose, Irwin, Javid, Junior, and Hugo, along with the other crew members who contributed. Everyone brought such a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to doing the job right. When you’re dealing with an unexpected home emergency, the last thing you need is additional stress or uncertainty. Royal delivered the exact opposite: responsiveness, transparency, professionalism, compassion, and exceptional service. We are incredibly grateful to the entire Royal team for getting our family warm again. I would recommend them without hesitation!

  A good start with a hope that they are reliable and competent. We have signed up for the Solver plan for the oil heat. The price would be good if you are ok with them showing up for a service call during 9 to 5 within 24 hours from the call. Any visit before or after 9 to 5 is a flat fee of $400! I have made the decision to accept these terms but I am somewhat apprehensive. I say this because this is the first year they are supporting oil heat. The technician seemed new on the job and had to call his boss on several times. After the initial tune-up, they sent me a report showing how my system fared on different metrics. And then I received an email with a $2,200+ estimate for completely cleaning up the heat exchanger cleanup without any calls from a manager or the technician as to why they sent this estimate and why I should consider. I will cut them some slack since this is their first year for the methane of oil furnace but I hope that I made the right decision.
