  The Roto-Rooter employee that came to my house arrived on time, was polite and professional, and most importantly got the job done quickly! Would definitely recommend this company for other people who find themselves in need of a plumber.

  I called RotoRooter on a Sunday as my toilet was clogged. Operator was answered said it would be an upcharge of $75 due to being a Sunday. I understood and it made sense. However, the plumber came, and quoted me almost $200 more for a Sunday. Feeling like I had no choice U agreed to the the $525 fee. He tried for less than 5 minutes and said it was toilet, had to be in the main line. Now, I would be looking at $1320, which was a $500 upcharge on a Sunday for him to use the main line xxxxxxx. After a couple calls I was forced to agree as I had no choice other to wait 2 days. He proceeded, but was able to clear without bringing the machine in my home. I asked if it would be less since he didn't need it. He said "I should get more for clearing with my hands"!!!. Very unprofessional!!!! Im left feeling very taken advantage of and insulted some how. When I called them, operator put me on hold, came back and said he was not available to me as he was packing up for the day. I asked for a return call next day. He did not return my call. I also discovered after that my new toilet was ruined by their auger. I had thought it just needed scrubbing, but no. It has deep stained scratches.

  Fantastic, They even came past 6:00 in the evening. The supervisor stopped by first since he was in the area to introduce himself etc. And explain what the technician would be doing. The technician came. He was fantastic. Showed me something I'm going to have to replace in the future but he got both clogs out and was very efficient and very personable and professional.

  Would have been 459$ if a snake could fix the problem. It could not. Was not charged. Was told I should replumb the whole area and that roto rooter could not do it. Sad Tech guy Jason was friendly but I am sad my issue could not be fixed, but happy I didn't get charged 459$ for a snake only. Too much.
