  These guys are great! My house water pump died and I was kind of panicking. I found them in the phone book (!!) of all places, and called. Chuck and Steve were at my house within 3 hours with a new pump (and even apologized for being late!!) They had the old pump out and a new pump installed and running in a couple hours. I had to let the water run for a couple days to clear the sediment that was stirred up. Chuck came back to test it and we were good to go. I can't believe our water was back up and usable in such a short time. These guys are a blast to work with, friendly and definitely know what they are doing. I HIGHLY recommend them.

  We were overwhelmed by the amazing efforts of this team! Not only did they help us with our faulty pump situation, but also gave us insight on preventative measures to avoid it repeating. We appreciated all the explanation and efforts to help save us money in the long run. Their service was exceptional & I would recommend them to anyone dealing with a similar scenario :)

  Excellent, fast and caring service. When our well pump went down on a Saturday, I knew that I wanted a locally owned company to do the repair if able. Ferris Pumps is in my home town and was out ASAP. We had a brand new pump and switch installed in the same day! They were professional, yet friendly. They had all parts on hand and worked quickly to get our water restored. A bonus is they also work on water softeners. They will be back out in a few weeks to put a new water softener system in for us as well. Thank you so much for your fast, reliable and excellent service! Much appreciated!

  I can’t say enough good things about Chuck and Ferris Pumps. I recently had my well pump replaced and a water treatment system installed, and Chuck made the whole process easy from beginning to end. He was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. The quality of the work was top-notch, and it’s clear he really takes pride in what he does. It’s not often you find someone who’s this knowledgeable and genuinely cares about making sure the customer is happy. If you need any well or water system work done, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ferris Pumps. Thanks again, Chuck, for making what could have been a stressful situation such a smooth experience!

  Update (7/22/26): Our extremely old system malfunctioned overnight so we decided to have it replaced per recommendation to better fit the size of the house. The Ferris team was in and out in 45 mins including clean up and explaining the new system. They showed up same day as I called them! Very professional, kind and patient team. We loved working with them. Very fair pricing! We recently purchased a home on well water with a softener system and wanted to get it inspected to ensure everything was working well. They were here within an hour of calling, and walked us through everything. Super knowledgeable, kind, and to the point. Look forward to working with this company more!
