When our A/C vents started blowing out warm air, McNamara was my first (and only) call. Ezra came by to do the diagnostic and determined that my (quite old) condenser needed to be replaced. He explained the process very well, answered any questions I had, and laid out my options for how to proceed. He was very knowledgeable about the entire situation, both technically and billing-wise. He was friendly and his answers inspired confidence in the company. Anthony and Joe came to install the new condenser and coil, and were also very friendly and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and cleanly, and left a well-finished, functioning system. Ezra followed up with me to confirm I was satisfied with the job completed, which was a nice personal touch. McNamara Services takes pride in their work, and it is evident in their employees and the installations/repairs that they complete. I recommend McNamara Services for all HVAC services/installations.

I was having trouble with my heating system in the cold spell of January 2019. My heating system could not reach the temperature set on my thermostat, 68 degrees. My system is 21 yrs old and my thought was i'd gotten my monies worth. Mentally, I was ready to replace the system. Bob came and trouble shot my system and after asking me a series of questions concluded replace your filter first and call me back in a few days if things don't get better. I purchased a $ 12 filter and replaced the old one. Immediately my home was toasty. I guess i'm motivated to leave this review because it would have been very easy for Bob to say yah you need to replace the system costing thousands of dollars. But instead he offered the most basic but honest opinion. Appreciate your honesty Bob. You've won a customer.

Mike and his crew are as responsive and prompt as one would want their contractor to be. Pricing was fair, as I did get another quote, and the installation of our new ac unit went without a hitch. I will certainly use McNamara for any of my heating and air conditioning needs in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone

I had Roy from McNamara Heating and Air Conditioning in my home for my annual AC check. I was extremely pleased with the thorough servicing Roy gave my system. He did many additional processes than other years and walked me through how he determines electronically how efficient my system is working. His knowledge and skills were appreciated and he left me feeling confident that my system was in good condition and ready for the summer cooling season. I would recommend McNamara to all my friends.
