  Excellent service from the point of scheduling to work completion. Great communication throughout the entire process. Tech (Brian) was super professional and thorough with evaluation and parts replacement. Would highly recommend them to people I know and will be using them in the future for potentially other HVAC projects.

  Had technician Brian Finnegan come in and ran a bunch of tests and diagnosed a possible bad switch. He is ordering the part and he will come back to install as soon as the part comes in. Brian is very knowledgeable and friendly. He walked me thru all of the possible things that the would make the water heater shut off. Thank you Clarkstown Heating and Air Conditioning! Will call again!

  We had the good fortune of having David from universe/Clarkstown Heating and air Conditioning service our boiler today.   Install new central air system. Team was very friendly, kept me informed and did a great job overall with cleanup, etc. showed up on time and finished up same day! Best experience I’ve had in a long time from quote to visit. I’ve also used the company for past 20 plus years and they are best in customer service and response time. Highly recommend.

  Clarkstown HVAC replaced the aging heating and air conditioning systems in the 2-floor open plan townhouse I bought last year. I asked for a demanding plan to replace the single system with two separate systems and zones, a conventional furnace and AC for the main floor and a heat pump system for the top floor, which is largely open to the main floor. They sent 5 trucks to our house and about 10 workers for two consecutive days, and did the install as fast and clean as I could have hoped. The initial results are terrific -- all systems working according to plan. They're prices are fair. Because the job was expensive, I did extra price research and found that their price was right in the ballpark for our area. But, as the saying goes, the quality of their work was priceless.
