  We have had the pleasure of working with Denise Petrozza at Windorama in Patchogue on multiple projects, including Andersen sliding doors, windows, and doors. Denise has been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She consistently goes above and beyond, is always available for our calls, and if she is busy, she gets right back to us immediately. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and professionalism make the entire process smooth and pleasant. She always makes sure everything is handled properly and that every detail is perfect. We would highly recommend Denise to anyone in the market for windows and doors. Thank you, Denise, for all the projects you have helped us with and for helping make countless customers very happy.   I've been working with Tom Papocchia since September. Tom's expertise and patience helped me select the most beautiful windows. He took the time to discuss the differences in aesthetics involving color, materials, shapes, number of panes, thickness of grids, color continuity, without ignoring durability, warranties and past customer experiences to help me pick windows and doors I absolutely love all the while helping me make smart choices regarding cost benefits. I picked different size and shaped windows for a lot of the rooms and he walked me through every decision weighing pros and cons. He is extremely responsive via telephone or email and detail oriented. I understood the spec pages of each window without easily the way he wrote it up for me. Even after many meetings discussing every little detail, my windows are installed and paid for and he still greets me with a warm smile! I can't wait to refer and friend or find something else to buy! Go see him. You will never regret it.

  Working with Tom at Windowrama in Patchogue was easy and felt like working with an old friend. He knew exactly what I wanted even though I had a hard time explaining to him my idea. Everyone there is very nice as well.

  Spent a lot of money on windows and received awful customer service. I would never use Windowrama again.
