  Mike came to check on our pool heat pump, which was not working. He diagnosed the problem right away, and was able to replace the part at that time. He was professional, knowledgeable and fixed our issue. It was reasonable too. I highly recommend. Tim Marshall

  Fast and reliable service. My heater went down and they were there the next day and fixed the problem. Communication every step of the way was easy. We would have them back if anything comes up in the future.

  The technician, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. It is hard to find HVAC companies that are knowledgeable on the mini-split system. Other companies tried to perform unnecessary work, since they did not know how a mini-split system operates. If you are looking for an honest, reasonable, professional and knowledgeable HVAC company that can service your system quickly, then Patchogue Heating and Air Conditioning is the way to go. I give them my highest rating!
