  Great service by Zachary from Reding. Called for a sink repair that was both clogged and leaking. They arrived on time as scheduled, Zachary called ahead to confirm arrival time, fixed the two issues i had in about an hour. He walked me through the fixes, explained the charges, and answered all my additional questions about some secondary work i want done at a future date and got all the info to work up a quote for that work. Great work overall along with clear and concise communication about the entire process both at the office when i called originally as well as Zachary upon arrival. Would recommend Reding Heating and Cooling for whatever needs you may have as a very satisfied customer.

  So during the hottest week this summer my AC decided to give it up just before the 4th of July weekend. I called Reding and they sent out a tech to check it out. I already knew it was a shorted compressor in the heat pump and he confirmed it after doing the typical troubleshooting. He informed me that his service manager would give me a call with hopefully a solution depending on parts availability. A few hours later the service manager called to tell me he found a compressor and bought it regardless if I wanted it or not and gave an estimate for installation. I gave him the go ahead to replace it as soon as possible. The following afternoon (the day before the holiday weekend) another tech came to the house to remove the old compressor while the manager drove to the city to retrieve the new compressor and bring it directly to my house. By the time the service manager arrived at my house with the replacement the tech had the old compressor out and was ready to install the new one. He was there until 7 PM checking everything out and it works perfectly. It's comforting to know that I have a HVAC company I can depend on!

  My second experience with Reding, and it was just as awesome as the first! It wasn't an emergency, so was set up for an appointment the morning after I called. Mike was great. Looked over the job, and gave me a reasonable quote for fixing a few leaks. One was a little more involved than thought at first, so there was an up charge, which didn't surprise me. Reding is definitely my first call now when facing a plumbing issue.

  NO WORDS AVAILABLE that have not already been used in reviews to describe this 5-star company! Descriptions concerning professionalism, communication and quality of wok are all true and refreshingly unexpected. However, it must be repeated, the #1 priority for this company is customer satisfaction! Our install included a Mitsubishi ceiling mount AC unit. We were asked for our approval throughout various stages of the work. All the installers were respectful and patiently answered all of our many questions. The work performed was completed with meticulous detail and attention. It is also EXCEPTIONALLY noteworthy that the prices are fair and sometimes less than other companies. After much research for a company for our needs, this one stands out far above many others for heating and cooling needs!

  Everyone from Reding was such a pleasure to work with. Scott, in particular, was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, respectful, and always had time to talk through and explain things along the way. We installed three separate HVAC systems in our home, replacing the steam radiator system that was in place when we bought our home. It took a couple of weeks to remove the radiators, pipes, and oversized boiler, then install two systems in the attics and one in the basement. The entire install team was polite and considerate to my family and pets and they completed the work efficiently. Thank you Scott and team!
