  Finally - a service technician who knows exactly how to work on Navien! None of the companies since we bought the unit several years ago even bothered to do the recommended maintenance as per the manual but this person did it without needing to be asked! Very happy we have a knowledgable person to call for this expensive system.

  Great communication, tech was polite, excellent and fixed the leak, but $800 for 1 1/2 hours was a hard pill to swallow. Especially $262 to replace shut off valve under the toilet which took 10 minutes.

  Best service call ever! My phone lit up when my alarm company contacted me that my home which I wasn’t at had smoke and a possible fire. The police and fire departments showed up but couldn’t get in because we weren’t there. Once we decided there was a fire I made my way home right away. So at 1:40 am I contacted Reding that I needed them to come by the next morning asap to look at my equipment. Within a hour I received a call asking if I wanted them to come out now. I couldn’t believe I could have someone stop by in the middle of the night. Reding arrived about 3:15am. The problem and source of the emergency was a motor smoking. It was awesome to have found the problem and know that when I left in the morning that my alarm system wanted to going to go off again and/or burn my house down. I can’t thank them enough for the great service. I highly recommend them.

  My experience was excellent We called because our condensing boiler was not providing hot water on a Friday evening. A technician showed up within a half hour and quickly assess the problem. It was a small miswire from the original installation a year and a half earlier. Because it may have been a result of the installation crew, I was not charged for the service call. I also had a wireless thermostat installed so I could keep track of temperature at The Cabin from my principal residence in Canada, a must have in the unpredictable Ellicottville winter weather. We have had excellent service, from the original installation to our annual check up to this one and only service call I gave them five stars John Greene Ellicottville

  Michael McQueen was great! Solved our main issue and didn’t hesitate to return the same day with a last minute fix for something minor we could have done ourselves. I called asking about a cap he suggested we get (when he was here he didn’t have any in his van) and while telling me the name of the part said he’d be right back over with the part and do it quick for us so we didn’t have to. Mike made sure we were completely informed of all things we could do to improve our plumbing and prevent issues in the future. He was completely transparent about the pricing up front. He was extremely knowledgeable and never tried to upsell us on anything that wasn’t a dire fix. Thank you Mike!
