- HJHoward JordanOct 3, 20264.0The tech that made the repair was very good, very knowledgeable on how to make repairs and service other doors. The call center did not relay the problem correctly to the technician so they had to make a second trip out since they did not have the parts needed on the truck. They should have told the tech what had to be done not just what they think they should write down on work order, just in case parts are needed that they usually don't carry on the truck, If they needed more information they should ask for pictures so that the tech know exactly what they need and they don't have to come back a second time. No fault of the technician.

- FFFrank G Farkas Sr (FG)Sep 26, 20265.0I called National Overhead Door for a replacement door on my garage screen. Scott, the technician who came to install it, is the same person who installed the original screen 4 years ago. Once again, he did an excellent installation. Scott is very polite, personable and very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him and his company.

- JCJudy CastigliaSep 22, 20265.0Scott installed our screen enclosure on our garage and he was amazing. He was met with a challenge because the neighborhood was without power for a few hours and he assured us he could work around it. He was friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Thank you Scott!
