There was a lot to understand as to how it operates with the camera etc. Mike sure is a excellent clean working and organized technician! The door works perfectly now and I feel I got a great value from National, Oerhead and Keith… I’m always worried about up selling and extra charges, but Keith didn’t do it… Neither does National overhead that’s why I like them.

The office team was also helpful. I had to jump through a few hoops to make sure the replacement door specs met the standards of my HOA (which required their pre-approval.) National Overhead was easy to work with and provided the estimates, paperwork, and proofs of insurance I needed to submit for HOA approval before I could get the door replaced. I also found the real-time tracking and text messages (that showed when the estimator and the technician would arrive) helpful as I knew exactly when who (and when) they would arrive! Lastly from a pricing standpoint, I got a quote for the same work from another company and National Overhead was around over $800 less and they had the door I needed in stock so the work could be done quickly (the other company said it would be 6-8 weeks to order it before work could be done.)
