  There aren't enough words to describe how grateful I am for Premier Roofing! From my first phone call, meeting with Kevin and every employee I spoke with during the process. This company knows how important customer service is!! Now for the installation, Shawn and his crew were absolutely awesome. They were so polite and worked together to get the job done. They did the job in 8 hrs including their cleanup. Except for the new roof, you wouldn't have known they were here! I highly recommend Premier Roofing!

  Deserves zero stars. Paid my deposit 2-months ago. Never heard back. Called multiple times and was told “someone will get back to you” each time I called. Today, I received a call, indicating the project would be started this afternoon for a 10x10 resectioning. That is not what I asked for. The quote should’ve been for a larger area than 100 sq ft. However, the original quote provided limited information and the, multiple times I called, I could not reach anyone except the secretary to discuss further. Now, 2-months later, I still have a leak and now no contractor as I just terminated my services with them. A complete waste of time. Never again with Premier. You’ve lost myself as a customer and you have my word that I will continue to share this negative experience with the community. Good riddance.

  Shawn, Willie and the rest of the crew did an excellent job! Very happy with the roof, their professionalism, and friendliness of the crew. They kept us informed of what was going on and Shawn sent us pictures at the end of the day so that we could see the progression and the work that was performed. Unlike other crews we've hired, they never left trash, never cursed and were super respectful at all times. They actually went above and beyond on a few things and the whole experience from the initial appointment to the finished product was flawless. The only negative is that now that we have a beautiful new roof, we now have to paint the house🤣

  Absolutely loved the work Premier Roofers did on my mom’s house. The roof was over 30 years old and had rooted wood and a lot and bald spots on the roof. They fixed everything that needed to be done. From the start when they did the estimate to the finish with the hard workers was a smooth process! Could not recommend them more. Thank you Premier!!

  Everyone was very professional answered all our questions. Clean up was perfect. Would highly recommend the entire crew Love the new look the new sky lights are exactly what we needed.Shawn was a frequent visitor to the site ,kept us up to date on any changes ,sent pictures of the house in progress>. He is a good supervisor 😊 Thank you.Donna and Jerry Pedini
