I have had the pleasure of working with Tbrothers Renovations on multiple projects where I served as the architect on the project. The Tbrothers team is knowledgeable, professional, collaborative, and take true pride in the craftsmanship of their work and getting things done right. I am writing this review so other homeowners are aware. I had my full bathroom renovated by TBrothers in summer 2025. I would like to say that the men working in my house were prompt and professional and things were done according to the timeline. The men were respectful and I felt very comfortable with them in my house. The communication with the workers was excellent. Unfortunately a huge error was made in regards to my heated floor. The cables were laid out 5” from the vanity causing a large unheated area in front of my vanity where I stand and in addition to that there is no heating element 20” in front of my linen cabinet. My vanity and linen cabinet are on an exterior wall and beneath the bathroom is a closet which is why heat is imperative there. It appears the toe kick was not factored in when laying out the cables and the measurements were calculated wrong. I was offered a partial refund of $1500 but this is unacceptable. Vadim has not been responsive to the issue that has occurred. I’ve attached a photo of our communication and you can see I brought this issue up months ago, the issue still is not resolved. Vadim offered to redo the floor or build a toekick out but then reneged his offer. Vadim claims this is correct, but it’s not correct to have 5” of ice cold space standing at your vanity when you have a heated floor. I was offered a refund but I paid much more than $1500 for my floor. I also paid to have my radiator removed and to drain the system which was about $700. Vadim did not follow through or keep his word, I had to send follow up messages however he couldn’t seem to care less to resolve this issue. I even reached out to Schluter and you can see the email where it states another heating cable should have been placed where the red line was. All my invoices were paid promptly. Unfortunately my bathroom was completed in end of August and I did not notice the cold area while standing at my vanity as the heat didn’t turn on until the temps dropped which was a few months later.

We used TBrothers for our bathroom addition off our primary bedroom and couldn't be happier with the outcome. The quality of work is the best I've seen, no detail was missed and everything looks flawless. They were able to put our vision into reality. I often hear of communication between clients on contractors being a struggle or non-existent, but I couldn't have been more impressed with the level of communication we experienced. TBrothers uses an app with a daily log detailing what work is upcoming and what has already been completed, along with pictures showing the work that was completed each day. Lastly, I am very OCD about the cleanliness of my house and was worried about the mess that comes with a big addition such as ours, however, there was little to no disruption to our daily lives due to the fact that the team added a temporary staircase to access the bathroom addition instead of having to trek through our house. When they did need to be in our house, they ALWAYS cleaned up at the end of the day. Overall, I can not recommend TBrothers enough. The whole process exceeded my expectations.

T-Brothers were great. I absolutely recommend. Professional, honest and hardworking. And their price for our kitchen remodel was more than competitive. They were responsive to any of our questions, and finished the work as they had promised. 5 stars.

Vadim and his team remodeled our family room and kitchen as well as constructed a back porch on our house. T brother's employees are always professional. They work long hours until the job is done. Top notch craftsmanship with with attention to deal. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a construction company.
