  Really good home inspection service, they also offer water testing and septic inspection, my process is moving fast and they were able to schedule everything in a fast timely matter, they maintain great communication, 10/10 would use their services again. Highly recommend.

  We had an absolutely fantastic experience with Rolo Home and Septic Inspections, and especially with Mike! From beginning to end, the entire septic inspection was thorough, professional, and incredibly informative. Mike was amazing — knowledgeable, patient, friendly, and genuinely such a great guy. It was honestly a pleasure meeting him. He took his time, inspected everything carefully, explained the entire septic system to us, answered every question we had, and made sure we fully understood what he was looking at and the condition of the system. We never felt rushed, and we really appreciated how detailed and transparent he was throughout the inspection. You can tell that Mike really knows his work and cares about doing the job properly. As home buyers, that gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I would highly recommend Rollo Home and Septic Inspections and Mike to anyone needing a septic inspection. Excellent service, extremely thorough, and just an all-around great experience.   HI. I recently had a home inspection done on a property in Bloomingburg, NY. The home inspector, Luis G. from Rolo Home Inspections found a significant amount of droppings in the attic that appeared to be mice or rats feces. When I asked if he knew the rodents's point of entry, he replied, " I AM NOT A MOUSE ". To me that response was unprofessional and dismissive. while identifying exact entry points can sometimes fall outside a standard inspector's scope, brushing off a valid question with a sarcastic remark is rude and unhelpful. Further more he made this comment in front of my real state agent, adding an embarrassing layer of public disrespect to an already unprofessional interaction. A good service provider maintains courtesy regardless of who is present. Based on this experience, I would not recommend his services to future homebuyers seeking a professional assessment.
