  Great home inspection service for a home we want to purchase. Luis was excellent, very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and he wrote a very easy to read informative report with great photos. Highly recommend. We also had the septic system inspected and Vincent and Mike did a great job. Also very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous, and Vincent wrote a great report with great pictures and explained everything to us most thoroughly and kindly 😁. We highly recommend. And Lisa who booked the appointments over the phone was great too!

  We had Edwin do our observation and he was phenomenal. He was extremely thorough and friendly. Everything was explained in great detail and he had answers to all of our questions. He was very specific and explained things that we did not understand. He was extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. We definitely recommend him and this company!

  I chose Rolo inspections because the other inspectors that were recommended to me never got back with me. As a matter of fact when I was looking for an inspector I had the pleasure of speaking with Lisa who answered my call and I did not have to leave a voice mail message. She offered me an appointment the next day. Sooner than I expected. Lisa was also great in answering my many pre inspection phone calls and questions lol. Sam who did my home inspection as well as Vincent and Patrick who inspected the septic system were there before I got there and had everything set up. They communicated with my agent and myself seamlessly. It was a rainy Saturday and there were no delays. They were professional and taught me so much as a first time home buyer. They answered all of mine and my entourage’s questions with patience and professionalism. They not only spoke to me but offered me a visual representation of their inspection and sent me my report before the day ended. On a Saturday mind you. Sam and his entire team are great to work with and I will forever be a client of theirs !

  Sam and his team are wonderful! Knowledgeable, patient, thorough, and kind. Sam walked me through my very first home inspection, and helped me gain a deep understanding of what may need to be addressed. He is clearly experienced and seasoned within the field. Moreover, he was willing to address any follow up questions or concerns that my family and I had, showing the level of value and commitment that Sam and his team give to their customers. I highly recommend this company! They also provide a thorough write up with pictures. Thanks for everything!

  I had an excellent experience with Rolo Home Inspections from start to finish. The inspector was incredibly thorough, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. The report was detailed, well-organized, and delivered quickly, which made the whole home-buying process much less stressful.
