  We used Rolo Home and Inspections services recently for an anticipated real estate purchase. The team was punctual, friendly and extremely thorough. They used the latest technology for the inspection of the septic and radiant heat systems. They answered any questions we had with detailed answers and the completed report was generated super fast. They were instrumental in our final decision to purchase the property.

  Fabolous service received for the home and septic inspection. The gentlemen pointed out the many areas of concern in the home. Very forthcoming with their explanations and encouragement to participate in the inspection. Pictures were clear with detailed descriptions. Highly recommend the use of their services. Look forward to working with them again.

  Sam Rolo did my home inspection recently. He was thorough! He kindly reviewed the prior findings w/ me (I had arrived late due to work) & explained things clearly. He did not hold back or beat around the bush. He stated his findings at the appt & in the report, so I could make an informed decision re the property. Sam went above & beyond the call of duty! I did not just feel like a customer, I also felt like family. Thank you Sam!! I have used Rolo home Inspections for prior appts and overall, they have been thorough, did an excellent job and they stated the facts. Their price is really worth it. I'm indeed grateful!!

  Affordable. Knowledgeable. Professional. Accommodating. Money well spent. We found Rolo Home Inspections on a Google search and were very impressed by their reviews and reputation. Lisa and Sam made the scheduling process easy and they answered our many questions clearly and without any hesitation. We used their services for a home inspection as we found their price and reputation significantly better than others we found. Our inspector was Frank Cirigliano. His work was amazing from start to finish. Frank arrived early and took his time to inspect the home and property thoroughly. He took the time to explain everything and provided an extensive and easy to read report. I cannot say enough good things about this company and Frank the inspector. He was so quick, patient and detailed when answering all of our questions. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone I know who needs their service. We truly felt we were in good hands with this company and they were out for our best interest. We received our report in just a few hours after the inspection was complete. The inspection report contained detailed photos and explanations of every item that was discovered and how it should be addressed.
