  A Contractor Who Put Integrity Before Profit! I cannot say enough good things about Raymond, the owner of All in One Construction. I originally contacted Raymond because I was preparing to remodel my home. He came out, took measurements, looked over the property, and began putting together what was needed for the project. He could have easily given me a quote, completed the work, collected his payment, and moved on. That would have been completely understandable from a business standpoint. But that is not what Raymond did. After taking the time to actually look at the home and understand my situation, Raymond called me and had an honest conversation with me. His professional opinion was that, considering my plans to sell the home and move to Ohio, putting that money into remodeling the property at this time simply did not make sense. He felt I would be better served selling the home as it is rather than spending money on repairs and improvements that I may not recover. That conversation told me more about Raymond than any advertisement ever could. He had an opportunity to make money from me, and instead, he chose to do what he genuinely believed was in my best interest. That is integrity. That is character. That is trust. Unfortunately, not every contractor operates that way. There are people who will see an opportunity to make a dollar and take it. Raymond showed me that there are still professionals who value their reputation, their word, and doing right by the person standing in front of them. And make no mistake, this is not simply a compliment because he gave me advice I liked. I have taken the time to look at All in One Construction, their work, their craftsmanship, and their reputation. Raymond is clearly highly skilled and professional in his field. But what impressed me most was not just the quality of his construction work. It was the quality of his character. When someone is willing to walk away from a job because they believe it is better for their customer, that says everything. Raymond, thank you for being honest with me, for respecting my situation, and for putting your customer's best interest ahead of your own profit. In a world where trust can be hard to find, you earned mine. If you are looking for someone who is professional, knowledgeable, skilled, and most importantly someone you can trust, I would absolutely recommend Raymond and All in One Construction. Five stars for the work. Five stars for the integrity.

  Thank you All-in-One Construction!! I had a vision for an empty wall and you made it happen! Rapid replies to my inquiries, quote provided in a timely manner, e-sign made everything super easy, and a quick start and finish to the job! Such nice and professional people too, highly recommend.

  I had my bathroom fully renovated. Renovations are not easy. It took a few weeks but my bathroom is beautiful. The workers listened to what I wanted and it came out just as I businesses in my head. The workers showed up each day and were polite and neat. I would definitely use them again.
