  Absolute waste of a company. unprofessional, inexperienced and overcharges. These people are not honest in their services. I would not recommend this company and strongly suggest others get multiple quotes before committing.

  charged me $510 for a diagnostic visit, only to say that "everything looks good" even though the cooling did not work at all. Then, offered an appointment slot that I immediately took, only to tell me that it was already booked. Do yourself a favor and choose another company.

  Do not use MIH Service. We are dealing with a ClimateMaster heat pump under warranty where they are the service contractor, and this company has been a nightmare. They told us the motor/blower needed to be replaced with a specific different model to fix the issue. We waited two months (from Oct 2025 to Dec 2025) for the part to arrive. When the technician finally showed up, he didn't even check the equipment. We (the customers) had to step in and point out that he was about to install the exact same model number as the broken unit, not the updated part required. If we hadn't caught this, they would have installed the wrong part. Now we are back to square one, waiting for a new order. Zero quality control and completely careless.
