  Had my mini split A/C serviced by TF Obrien. Tech, Damien, was on time, professional and was able to fix my A/C. Have been using TF Obrien for many years with no complaints.

  Nick was great! He is professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He explained a few things that I did not know about the unit and answered all of my questions. He has excellent customer service skills and overall the experience was excellent.

  Just had my AC installation yesterday! Process was smooth and efficient from start to finish! Brendan was awesome explaining everything beforehand, and he made himself available the whole way through to answer questions. Yesterday Angel and his crew completed the work quickly, neatly, and efficiently ! New system works great! I cannot recommend TF O’Brien enough!!

  I had a ductless mini-split system installed by T.F. O'Brien, and it was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them to anyone. Brendan, the sales representative, was extremely helpful and thoughtful. He took the time to review all the possible ways we could best install the new system and provided me with several options to choose from depending on my desired price range. He was very knowledgeable, honest, and forthcoming with helping me select the right system for my home. At no point did I ever feel pressured or like he was trying to upsell me. He also went out of his way to coordinate with the technicians to ensure the equipment was installed correctly and in the most efficient way possible. When the installation team arrived, they had clear instructions to work with. The installation team was phenomenal as well. They were very courteous and respectful, laying down protective matting and wearing shoe covers anytime they walked inside. They continuously asked me for permission before modifying anything to facilitate the installation, and communication during the entire process was open and flowing. In particular, the lead technician, Anthony, was incredibly knowledgeable and communicative during the installation process, making sure I was happy with every decision they needed to make to get the job done. They even took the time to fully run the system and test it with various diagnostic equipment before giving the final go-ahead. When they finished, they took the time to walk me through my new system and how to use it with the remote and everything. The installation was extremely clean and professional-looking, and I'm thrilled with the new system and how it looks. I highly recommend using T.F. O'Brien to anyone!
