  I had a complete central AC system installed by T.F. O’Brien this past week, and I cannot speak highly enough of the entire experience. From the initial consultation to the final walkthrough, their team demonstrated top-tier professionalism, deep expertise, and genuine pride in their work. The installation crew arrived right on time, worked with meticulous attention to detail, and treated my home with the utmost care and respect. Everything—from the ductwork integration to the outdoor unit placement—was executed flawlessly and left spotlessly clean when the job was finished. It’s rare to find a contractor where every single aspect of the job is handled seamlessly, but T.F. O’Brien truly exceeded my expectations in every way. If you’re looking for high-quality workmanship, transparent communication, and unbeatable service, look no further. I would give them 10 stars if I could!

  Nick Ciancarelli was an exceptional HVAC technician who was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and polite. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received for my two heating systems, as well as the valuable advice he gave me regarding my two central A/C condensers. Nick was truly the best!

  We were very satisfied with their efficiency and professionalism. Will was very nice and helpful. He was very nice and did the jobs great. The only issue we had was with the pricing which I am still confused by. Was not sure what charges were for what. And they were supposed to deduct the original service fee shared of 200 from the final bill which I am still not sure they deducted. All in all, they fixed a serious gas problem but it was more on the pricy side. With that said, they came when many others declined or were not able to identify the problems and fix them. You get what you pay for. Thank you.

  We had an outstanding experience with T.F. O'Brien, and especially with Chris. From the moment he came to our home in Great Neck, he took the time to thoroughly analyze our entire heating system and explain everything in detail. Rather than pushing one solution, he presented all of our boiler replacement options, carefully walked us through the pros and cons of each, and made sure we understood every aspect of the decision. What impressed us most was how well he listened. He patiently answered all of our questions, addressed our concerns, and helped guide us toward the option that made the most sense for our needs and budget. He also explained the various financing options available, which made the process much easier and less stressful. Even after the visit, Chris continued to provide exceptional service. When we had follow-up questions, he responded promptly to our email and even took the time to call us personally to make sure everything was clear. That level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication is rare these days. Chris is a true professional, and T.F. O'Brien clearly sets itself apart from other companies through its customer-focused approach, expertise, and commitment to doing what's right for the customer. We highly recommend them to anyone considering a boiler replacement or HVAC work. Thank you, Chris, and the entire T.F. O'Brien team!
