  This was my first experience with WindowRama. The woman in the showroom helped us choose the exact windows we wanted and scheduled our appointment. Shawn explained everything about the windows, answered all our questions, gave us a great discount, and we were also impressed with the excellent warranty they offer. John's installation team arrived right on time, and both windows were installed in just four hours. What I really appreciated was how carefully they protected our home. They covered all the floors, including our carpeted staircase. When they finished, they cleaned everything up so well that it looked like no work had even been done. Minimal stress, maximum professionalism. I would definitely recommend them.

  I walked in right when the store opened at 8 AM on a Saturday, and Lauren greeted me. Unfortunately, the interaction was very disappointing. I asked for help deciding which series of windows would be best for my project, and the first thing she asked was whether I was buying the windows from them. From that point on, her attitude felt dismissive, disrespectful, and unhelpful. She was even rolling her eyes while I was speaking to her, which I found incredibly rude and unprofessional. I came in looking for guidance and customer service, but instead I felt unwelcome and brushed off. I honestly can’t believe I was treated this way. I hope management addresses this, because first impressions matter.

  Window drummer is fantastic. People do great work on the other side of the coin the delivery people that delivered my door damaged twice there’s a problem and then trying to get it rectified on the phone with somebody from the Philippines who works for Andersen is extremely difficult. I have to jump through hoops and prove that the dog came damaged. She’s not even gonna guarantee she’ll fix it. This is ridiculous
