Grossman was knowledgeable, professional, and fast with their repairs. They returned swiftly to our home when O & R came to turn the gas to support until the job was done long after normal working hours. They were dependable, took pride in their work, and offered a very fair rate given the odd hours. I would use them again without question and would recommend them to anyone seeking gas or water plumbing work.
