  Sadly, since Bob’s passing the Nanuet location has gone downhill. I made TWO visits to get a price on a custom door which Arthur indicated would be no problem, but both times he failed to follow up with me.

He listened carefully to our concerns and took the time to understand both our aesthetic preferences and functional needs. His guidance was thoughtful and informed, helping us make decisions with our long term goals in mind without ever feeling pressured. What could have been an overwhelming process felt seamless and even enjoyable. Arthur’s professionalism, patience, and genuine passion for his work stood out throughout.   Bob Goldstein, the store manager is great to work with. Very responsive and professional. We are a design and build firm and we hope to buy windows and doors for all of our projects from him.
