We had a great experience with WindowRama, especially working with Zack! We placed a large order with several standard and custom-sized windows, so we were understandably concerned about making sure everything was accurate. Zack was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. His communication was excellent, keeping us updated on the status of our order and delivery along the way. Everything arrived exactly as ordered, with no issues whatsoever. We really appreciated his attention to detail and would highly recommend working with him!

This is easily the best place I have ever been to look at windows. Zack Kelly is a second generation expert and has a keen knowledge of all the available options. He was friendly, good at listening, understanding and responding to our needs and budget. I highly recommend this place.

Called to schedule an estimate with Windowrama and had to wait several weeks only for them to cancel it 2 days before it was to happen. Not a good way to do business! 3 solid weeks wasted waiting for them.

My wife and i visited WindowRama in Mt Kisco to get a preliminary feel for the Anderson 400 series line. Not only is their showroom more complete than any other vendor's I've visited but Dan is by far the best educator I've met as well. He took the time to answer any and all questions we had about Anderson windows as well as the features and benefits of alternative brands. I have no doubt WindowRama in Mt Kisco is a terrific company to do business with.
