  I filed a BBB complaint and reported John stoled from me and told me via text (which I have every text and email) he will return my property. Never did and never answers me anymore. I asked him for the name of his insurance company which he claims he is fully insured and he refused to give it to me. He installed a new toilet sewer line and left the pipe sitting on top of my heater boiler line and he won’t correct it. My area has a neighbors page and many people have complaints about JD contractors. I have contacted many and they will follow my lead on getting this guy to honor his work. I know where John lives and I know most of his workers and have a few of their phone numbers. I already inquired my legal options I can follow which I only want his work corrected and my property back. I was told to wait and be sure the grace period on a specific situation had passed which it now has. The only thing I feel bad about is his workers might get pulled in on my actions. I will give him another chance to make corrections or I will have to do what I have to do.

  We got our home's exterior paint job and back deck staining done and it came out absolutely fantastic! Very skilled crew and they got the job done with no mess which is something I was worried about but they protected everything very well and I'm very pleased with the outcome 🙏

  Run while you can. We had a major leak after the work was completed (but he ghosted us so of course we weren’t going to get support for the mistake HE made (HE being the owner)). I had a bunch of bathroom work done for upgrades and repairs and he assured me he was familiar and had the expertise to fix. Not only did he no show multiple times but when he did show up it was hours late, accompanied by staff whom were not experienced and did an absolute horrible job. Also- let’s not forget when he did show up hours late him and his “worker,” smoked weed in my driveway for 30 minutes before coming in. I am not sure why his Google reviews are positive- please go check Yelp to see honest reviews from honest customers. We spent a ton contracting two companies to fix his mistakes. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
