  Tyler and everyone at Allen Carpet were outstanding from start to finish. Tyler gave us a fair price on our COREtec Cairo Oak flooring and was incredibly knowledgeable throughout the project. When an unexpected issue came up during installation and we needed a specialized piece by the fireplace, he made sure it was ordered quickly so the project stayed on track. Tyler was equally helpful when it came to selecting carpet for our staircase. I knew I wanted a Berber carpet, but he guided us toward a beautiful subtle striped pattern and recommended the upholstered installation method, which gives the stairs a much more tailored, high-end look. The installation crew was great, too. They were professional, meticulous, and completed the job without putting a single nick in our newly painted woodwork. Before they left, they went over the entire area with a magnet to collect any stray nails. As a dog owner, that extra attention to safety meant a lot to us. We’re happy with both the flooring and the carpet and recommend Tyler and Allen Carpet.

  I had a great experience with Allen Carpet in Mohegan Lake. Eddie, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable and truly goes above and beyond—not just during the sale, but even after the job is done. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his customers and takes the time to make sure everything is done right. In today’s world, it’s hard to find that level of service and attention to detail. If you’re looking for quality products and someone who stands behind their work 100%, I highly recommend Allen Carpet. You won’t be disappointed. They have the best selection and the best prices as well. Eddie really knows his stuff.

  Great work by the Team at Allen Carpet! First time buyer and they exceeded my expectations. I love the carpet! Kudors to Tylor who helped me to make the right choice. Measurements were hassle free and quick. The installers did a great job with no mess or disruption to my day. The carpet looks great!
