  John took my call on June 4 and scheduled an estimate for June 6. He did show up, but the visit was very quick. He didn't take any photos or measurements, and honestly it felt like he had already decided he wasn't interested in the job. He still told me he'd send an estimate and asked me to send over my insurance estimate and DocuSketch, which I did. After that, I never heard anything. When I followed up on June 11, he rather abruptly told me it was a busy time of year and estimates take time. That's understandable, but it's now been almost four weeks and I still haven't received anything. If you don't want the job, just say so. Don't walk through someone's home, ask them to send documentation, and then disappear. Homeowners are taking time out of their schedules too. It honestly felt like he was fishing for jobs and then picking and choosing which ones he wanted afterward. That's not professional. If this is how the communication starts before you're even hired, I can only imagine how it would be during the job.

  John @ LICC is a consummate professional. We completed a major home renovation, and all details and expectations were clearly communicated. Every phone call and text message was returned. His team worked efficiently and we never had any concerns about our personal belongings. After one or two issues arose unexpectedly, John answered our calls at 9pm and was there first thing the next morning to address - he operates his business with integrity and care. We are now back living in our home for a few months and have settled in nicely... everything is as we drew it up. He brought a plan on paper to life for us.

  It has been several weeks since LICC has completed my home renovation. I am still thrilled how John and his excellent team transformed my home into a more beautiful and efficient living space. The " Creative " part of John's company name is apropos. John's vision for my space was unique. My family and friends had discussed different ideas for years, but John came up with plans that were not thought of previously. My project had several parts to it, but it was mainly to renovate the kitchen. This involved extending into another room. John suggested adding a powder room. This was a fantastic idea, it is accessible from inside and the outside patio. There were other great ideas that would require a much longer review. John has a core group of workers, and uses subs that he is very familiar with. This is very reassuring because everyone is an expert in their craft. John visits the project often to assess progress and determine if any changes are needed. Supervision is always present with one of John's employees, mostly Rich (has to be one of the best carpenters on Long Island) knowing the whole scope of the project and giving direction if need be. John's office staff (Kathleen & Jessica) are proficient at scheduling, budgeting, and helping with selecting fixtures, appliances, paint colors etc. There have been no call backs for any issues. The only callback I anticipate is using LICC for my next home project.

  If you’re looking to move into a new office or renovate your existing office, you have to visit John and Jessica. They are both so enthusiastic Creative and professional . I really enjoyed my time with them. From the initial consultation, planning, creating a floor plan to computer 3-D animation. They made my vision become a reality! Through their technology, they were able to keep me informed through every step of construction. John’s crew was always on time and very thorough and took pride into every detail of construction. I can’t be pleased enough. I am able to affectively treat more patients in a beautiful modern environment. I can’t say enough about John and Jessica their integrity, and the type of people they are. I wish them all the best and I truly hope you choose them for your next renovation needs. I looking forward to using them for my next office and my new home. Yours in Health…Dr Mike!

  We can't thank both John and Jessica as well as Lou and Roland for their professionalism in building us a new entryway to our house. There were multiple obstacles that had to be dealt with and they were taken care of and executed properly. They created a wonderful new entryway for us and we trusted every suggestion and decision that was made in order to complete the project. Both John and Jessica were easy to talk to when it came to any concerns that we may of had and very understanding to those concerns. We look forward to having them do more work for us in the future and we are very happy with the outcome of our first project with them.
