  If possible I would give LICC ten stars! John Petsco, his staff and subcontractors were on the top of their game. John.put together a creative design that turned an unattractive half bath and laundry room into a gorgeous full bathroom with a shower and a stackable washer and dryer. John was extremely professional and oversaw every detail of the project. His high standards and execution were truly exceptional!

  John took my call on June 4 and scheduled an estimate for June 6. He did show up, but the visit was very quick. He didn't take any photos or measurements, and honestly it felt like he had already decided he wasn't interested in the job. He still told me he'd send an estimate and asked me to send over my insurance estimate and DocuSketch, which I did. After that, I never heard anything. When I followed up on June 11, he rather abruptly told me it was a busy time of year and estimates take time. That's understandable, but it's now been almost four weeks and I still haven't received anything. If you don't want the job, just say so. Don't walk through someone's home, ask them to send documentation, and then disappear. Homeowners are taking time out of their schedules too. It honestly felt like he was fishing for jobs and then picking and choosing which ones he wanted afterward. That's not professional. If this is how the communication starts before you're even hired, I can only imagine how it would be during the job.

  We chose Long Island Creative Contracting to remodel our bathroom. The level of service was outstanding. I really liked the transparency of the pricing through the use of an online portal. John and his office manager, Jessica, were in constant communication with me in the weeks before the job started. When I needed design ideas, Jessica would upload suggestions. I was able to approve every purchase and I was able to shop with trusted vendors. The craftsmen were talented, professional and clean. I would highly recommend LICC to anyone planning a home project.

  I would recommend LICC to anyone and everyone. I personally wouldn’t use anyone else. We added a pretty large addition to our home. I found out I was pregnant right after we signed contracts. John was the first person I told after my husband. I was worried about construction still going on while trying to prepare for baby. John promised me he would finish in time and he came through. The new nursery is built and decorated with plenty of time to spare. John and Jessica took all the stress off me. Jessica does an amazing job and is so hands on with everything that all I had to do was focus on my pregnancy. John is professional, honest, trustworthy, and fair. I always felt like I was in good hands. He pays attention to details and goes above and beyond to make sure the end result is better than what you could imagine. He caught a few key errors in our architectural designs that we hadn’t noticed and it made a huge difference in the end result. For example our design had the attic door in a place that would have been a nightmare. John caught it right away among other things. I am absolutely ecstatic with how my home turned out. I had a good feeling about John the moment I met him and I’m so happy we went with our gut and chose him to do our project.

  Had our basement finished by LICC. We couldn't be happier with how it came out. John and his team were fantastic. The work was great and the communication was awesome, John always kept us updated with all the next steps to the project. Jessica, the office manager, was also fabulous. We are definitely planning on using LICC again in the future.
