  We had water damage due to ice in our gutters that backed up under the roof shingles and caused water damage to our living room and foyer entry. Phil came immediately after being called and was very informative as to what would have to be done. He never pushed his services upon us whether it was the mitigation or restoration, and still answered whatever we needed to know. His workers were punctual and would always call before they arrived. They were polite and always cleaned up after themselves. They also kept us posted as to what the next steps were going to be. Phil would always touch base to see how things were going. We were extremely happy with the job that was performed and would definitely use him again if needed.

Saturday night, I was in full panic mode and Phil from Lightspeed Restoration of Orange County showed up fast. He responded quickly, assessed the situation, and immediately made me feel calmer. Not only were they prompt, but they were honest and ethical in their work something that truly matters when you’re dealing with an emergency in your home. Then Sunday morning at 7:30 AM, they were back this time with Jason who took the time to explain everything in detail. No confusion, no pressure, just clear communication and professionalism. By 9:10 AM, I had running water again! Quick. Honest. Reliable. Ethical. I’m beyond grateful for their responsiveness and integrity.   Lightspeed Restoration was amazing! When our plumbers Quality HVAC (another excellent company) arrived for our bathroom leak, they determined we needed a restoration company. I am so thrilled that we picked Lightspeed. They had someone onsite immediately to start assessing the damage. A bonus was they also rebuild so the whole process was seamless and they had everything back to normal so quickly. Plus they dealt with our insurance company. There aren’t enough stars to express how great our experience was. If you want a reliable, responsible, knowledgeable and fair restoration company, look no further than Lightspeed!
