  Larson is the best! Called for estimate on boiler,Eric was there with the hour. The technician that did the install was definitely a Professional! The tech n his helper were great. No bullcrap!... Came on-time,clean, informed me every step of the way...Actually he did extra to me. Gave me more room n clearance on boiler. They were here,gone n done. Incredible job....Will call them for my service in fall....CALL LARSON N GET THE JOB DONE WITH,NO WORRIES,NO EXCUSES. JUST A GREAT BOILER INSTALL N IMPROVEMENT FOR YEARS TO COME.....THANKS Eric n the techs for a job well done....Thanks Jon F Crawn....

  Larson's installed our first Boiler System in the 1980's. When I could not longer keep it running we asked around for estimates. Then a light went off in our heads.."Hey, why don't we call the folks who did the original installation 30+ years ago?" The owner came to our home, inspected our system and shortly thereafter personally visited us again with Quoted Options. In person, honest 'hand holding' is how we view their business ethics. Much of life is about Relationships. This one is good. The install was quick. The technicians were professional and pleasant people. They removed all debris and the nee system looked like a jewel compsred to our old unit. Mo We had one small hiccup within a couple weeks and Larson's was at our home within hours to remedy the issue. This speaks volumes about where to go and who to trust. We are very happy to have these professionals as our 'Go to Team'.

  Used larsons for a new boiler that cost $10300 9/17/2024 first day controller not working replaced part 10/17/2025 oh warranty expired how convenient my heat doesn’t work $233 nozzle oil filter refill pump strainer 5 months later heat doesn’t work again 1/3/2026 again my problem $568cleaned clogged boiler change nozzle oil filter 04/22/2026 no heat again reset boiler replaced nozzle again charged $160 4/27/2026 no heat no charge 5/1/2026 no heat no charge 5/15/2026 replaced part tech said $130 we said we are not paying They charged our credit card unauthorized $195 Please let me know who is using them and if this is common with them Thanks
