- DHDawn HolubMar 16, 20261.0They installed a railing in my home just over a year ago. Recently the post cracked so I asked them to fix it and showed Sean photos of it. After not hearing back, I was told their van was stolen. I gave him a week and then called again. This time I was told he had to fire two of his employees. Call after call he was coming. I even took time off from work to be home and he was a no show. After more than a month, I went with another company who came out and beautifully fixed the problem. Stay away from Island Custom, they clearly don’t care about the customer. Their service stinks!
- SFSean FlahertyJan 31, 20265.0I have been dealing with island custom stairs for years. The service and the workmanship is better than any other staircase builder that I have worked with in the past. Thanks to Kyle and his team
