  We recently moved into our new home and needed a plumber for several tasks, most importantly replacing our 26-year-old gas water heater. We wanted a company that was prompt, responsive, courteous, able to spot issues we hadn’t considered, and fair on price. After contacting a few vendors, we chose Sullivan Plumbing and Heating — and it was a fantastic choice. From start to finish, Sean Sullivan and his team, both on-site and in the office, exceeded our expectations. In addition to installing the new water heater, they performed a gas leak test, removed decommissioned pipes, installed a Moen Flo water monitoring device, added a backflow system for our irrigation, replaced bathroom faucets, installed a metal washing machine pan, and fixed the internal components in our toilets so the tanks filled properly. The work took about two and a half days. Sean and his team were courteous and diligent, addressing concerns promptly and offering practical advice that helped us make good decisions along the way. I highly recommend Sullivan Plumbing and Heating — they’re now our go-to team for all plumbing and heating needs.

  You know how you wish you just had a good Family Plumber - one you can rely on and trust implicitly. Well meet my new family plumber. Replaced my Gas Water heater for a fair price. Responded the same day to evaluate and quote the job - and was promptly out the next day with all equipment for the install. Seems like everyone from the owner Sean, the office staff, and tthe two youthful plumbers he sent - were just so pleasant to deal with. Installers donned little booty's to protect my floors and carpets - a real class act. So incredibly satisfied with the outcome of this project. Highty Recommended!

  Superb Professional Service! Had a big project with main sewage line replacement. The Sullivan Plumbing was recommended to us by our contractor who did prior work in our house. From the start to the end, they were professional, patient, super clean, and reasonably priced. First call was with a very friendly receptionist who scheduled an initial assessment. Steve has arrived on time as scheduled, was very professional, took his time and explained everything. He did camera inspection and didn’t rush. Put all back in place and cleaned afterwards and worked with the company to provide outlined work order and very reasonable price. Work started the next day, again right on the dot at 8am as scheduled. The team covered the areas for cleanliness and were very professional. We did hit couple of questionable areas of concern as with any large project (mostly due to us being anxious homeowners looking at major work happening). Sean, the owner, came literally 10 min later after we called the office with questions, and Steve who did initial inspection came right away as well to follow up with camera and plan of action. Steve and Sean assisted the other 2 workers (who were excellent in doing their work) to expedite things. However, most importantly, Sean and Steve elevated all our concerns and reassured us that all will be taken care of. Work completed on time and homeowners kept their sanity! Sean’s team cleaned all areas of construction material and dirt after replacing the pipe and redoing concreate. Super clean! The responsiveness and true care for the client, coupled with professional and reasonably priced service, really makes Sullivan Plumbing stand out. Would definitely recommend!
