  If you do not hire Selective Remodeling for your home renovation, you're making a mistake! They renovated our first-floor kitchen, bathroom, and living room, and they were absolutely meticulous from start to finish. I have used a lot of contractors throughout my life, and I am often disappointed by change orders in the middle of a project, lack of transparency, difficulty getting in touch, missed deadlines, or sloppy work. For the first time, we had a truly pleasant, professional, and stress-free experience! Every detail was planned, and all costs were upfront, honest, and transparent. Communication was constant throughout the entire project, and deadlines were actually kept! Our Client Relations Specialist, Samantha, was with us every step of the way - any time of day or week - and handled every issue immediately and without hesitation. No matter what the issue was, Samantha always kept calm, worked the issue, and found a solution. She is truly one of a kind! Our Project Manager, Rob, is one of the most skilled and talented construction professionals we have ever dealt with. The workmanship was excellent, the process was organized, and we do not have a single complaint about the work performed! Selective Remodeling gave us the dream kitchen and bathroom we paid for - and then some. With Selective Remodeling, you are not just getting a contractor; you are getting a team of experts who truly treat you like family. They are worth every penny, and they will absolutely be our contractor for life!

  From the first meeting, I knew Selective Remodeling was different. They didn’t just remodel our kitchen. Mike and Samantha listened to what we wanted, understood our vision, and turned it into a space that truly feels like home. The communication and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. Every question was answered, every detail was handled with care, and we always felt like a priority throughout the project. One of the things that gave us the most confidence was their 5-year warranty. Knowing they’ll continue to stand behind their work and that we’ll see the team for annual warranty visits gives us real peace of mind. They don’t disappear after the job is done. And I have to mention Nonna’s rice balls. They were honestly the best I’ve ever had. It’s those personal touches that make you feel like you’re more than just another client. If you’re looking for a company that delivers quality craftsmanship, stands behind their work, and genuinely cares about the people they serve, I can’t recommend Selective Remodeling enough.

  They did an amazing job with a major renovation at our home. Communication was great and easy. Rob, Will, and Gus worked absolute magic and did all the hard work to bring our vision to life. We couldn’t be happier with the end result.

  We recently hired Selective remodeling for our home renovation and had a great experience overall. Like most renovation projects, there were a few bumps and unexpected issues along the way. What really stood out to us was how the team handled those situations. They were always responsive, honest, and willing to do what was needed to make things right. Their professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction gave us peace of mind throughout the project. The finished work looks beautiful, and we’re very happy with the outcome. More importantly, the way they addressed challenges and stood behind their work is what earned our trust. We would definitely use them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor who truly cares about their customers.

  Easily, one of the best decisions my wife and I made when we chose Selective Remodeling as the one stop shop for our kitchen remodel. They came highly recommended by friends who recently used them to remodel their kitchen. The Selective Remodeling showroom was remarkable, and contained a variety of products and finishes to choose from. But the staff was impressive, demonstrating the true value of teamwork and patience from design layout to faucet options.The project broke ground on demo day, April 28th, and wrapped up in one month. The seamless communication around contractor scheduling ensured all materials were onsight when needed. There wasn't one moment where we felt out of the loop which was made possible by Samantha, Chelsea, Armand, Scott, and Rob. Lastly, hats off to the multiple trades who worked on the project. They respected our home, our time and always cleaned up after the days work. Selective Remodeling, quality at its best. Before and after pictures below
