  We’re currently working with Selective Remodeling on a first floor extension which includes a new kitchen, new bedrooms, and new bathrooms. Given the huge scale of our project, we met with several different contractors and were very picky about who to hire. After meeting with Mike, we felt confident that we had found a contractor who would be organized, transparent, and committed to giving us the best possible result. After months of planning and a few weeks of construction completed so far, we know we made the right choice! Mike, Samantha, Sabrina, Chelsea, and the rest of the team have made us feel like a priority throughout the process. Their planning is thorough, with every detail “down to the nail”. We set out to find a contractor that would help us build our dream home with no surprises, and we’ve found it with Selective. They’ve gone out of their way to make us feel like family, and they even brought us delicious homemade food after our child was born!

  Selective Remodeling just redid the first floor of my house. The entire team, from top to bottom, was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Samantha and the entire team are absolutely amazing. I could not recommend them highly enough

  I had my siding installed by Selective Remodeling in November 2024. At the time of the installation, I was told that the work was covered by a 5 year warranty. In 2025 I noticed that my kitchen roof was leaking during heavy rain. I contacted them to report the leak happening after siding work and asked them to inspect it, the person came to inspect acknowledged that there is something wrong with flashing which they have to reinstall but when I called their office and asked what they are going to do after inspection, person told me that we have to pay $3000 to have it fixed.. They denied to fix under warranty. Since then, the leakage problem has still not been fixed despite all the money I paid for the siding. I am very upset because these are deceptive practices by what I thought was a reputable business. I am now planning to file a complaint with the BBB. I urge anyone thinking of getting remodeling work done to stay away from this company. After work is done they request to give them five star rating but they don't cover warranty cost if we need.

  The Selective team is truly the best in the business. From start to finish, every part of their process is exceptionally organized, detailed, and professional. They communicate with complete transparency, making what could have been a stressful renovation feel manageable and giving us confidence every step of the way. We completed a major whole house renovation centered around a new kitchen, dining room, living room, and master bedroom and bathroom, while also touching every room in the house to expose the original hardwood floors hidden beneath the carpet and give the entire home a fresh coat of paint. The team estimated the project would take four months, and they finished exactly on schedule (to the day!). That level of predictability and transparency was invaluable, allowing us to plan our temporary relocation and family life with confidence throughout the renovation. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and work ethic of the entire Selective team are truly exceptional and increasingly rare to find. We couldn’t be happier with the finished result. I spent three years designing every detail of our home, and seeing that vision finally come to life in the house we love so much was incredibly emotional, in the very best way. It feels as though the house was always meant to look this way, and the Selective team made that vision a reality. To Mike, Scott, Rob, Malika, and most of all Samantha, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for guiding us through such a significant project with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. We will always be grateful for the beautiful home you’ve created for our family!

  If you do not hire Selective Remodeling for your home renovation, you're making a mistake! They renovated our first-floor kitchen, bathroom, and living room, and they were absolutely meticulous from start to finish. I have used a lot of contractors throughout my life, and I am often disappointed by change orders in the middle of a project, lack of transparency, difficulty getting in touch, missed deadlines, or sloppy work. For the first time, we had a truly pleasant, professional, and stress-free experience! Every detail was planned, and all costs were upfront, honest, and transparent. Communication was constant throughout the entire project, and deadlines were actually kept! Our Client Relations Specialist, Samantha, was with us every step of the way - any time of day or week - and handled every issue immediately and without hesitation. No matter what the issue was, Samantha always kept calm, worked the issue, and found a solution. She is truly one of a kind! Our Project Manager, Rob, is one of the most skilled and talented construction professionals we have ever dealt with. The workmanship was excellent, the process was organized, and we do not have a single complaint about the work performed! Selective Remodeling gave us the dream kitchen and bathroom we paid for - and then some. With Selective Remodeling, you are not just getting a contractor; you are getting a team of experts who truly treat you like family. They are worth every penny, and they will absolutely be our contractor for life!
