  This has been an ongoing partnership since February 2025. We used Selective Remodeling for our renovation project last year and sought their help when we needed major work on our HVAC system this year. Michael, Samantha, and team are the nicest people and really work to ensure everything is to our satisfaction. Their crew is amazing and so professional. We will continue to work with them in the future!

  We renovated our kitchen with Selective and are thrilled with the outcome. We have experience with other contractors and our experience with Selective was by far the smoothest and most communicative. One thing we loved about working with Selective is that the team guided us through choosing all of the materials and finishes needed prior to getting started on the project. They went above and beyond with making sure choices would help achieve the vision we had in mind and didn’t make any decisions for us or push us in one direction or another. They addressed the few minor issues that popped up immediately. It was great having Samantha as a main point of contact to coordinate between all the people involved on the project. She was very responsive. We would definitely recommend Selective for anyone doing a project on their home.

  Selective Remodeling did a great job with our full basement finishing! They won our business based on the transparent and modern systems they use to communicate project progress, and kept our business because of the quality work that we could see being implemented and the kind, knowledgeable, communicative team (shout out to Samantha, Rob, and team!). We did have a few bumps, as there would be with a project of this size, but there was nothing that we could not handle and Selective always tried to make it right. We definitely recommend!
