- LKLiL AnDoNi KAug 5, 20261.0This is a large store with almost everything you need, but the customer service is terrible. The staff has horrible attitudes and expects you to know where everything is. When you ask a question, you’ll get an answer with a nasty attitude. The front counter people are always rude, and the will-call people don’t want to work. They make you run around the property looking for something you have no idea where it is. If you order something from the pipe shop, they tell you to pick it up in the Am, but when you show up, they tell you to wait an hour until it’s ready, even though it was ready the day before. And when you try to get an explanation, they just say, “Tough luck.” This place is horrible. Stay away or try to order online to avoid these nasty people. Better Yet FW web across the street will treat you better and faster service.
