They sent a technician (Larry) within an hour to have it inspected and corrected. Larry was great, honest, straight forward and took the time to fix our issue on the spot. Highly recommend Krull & Sons.

For a few years, I had it on my to-do list to replace our old hot water heater. However, after a horrible experience with a plumbing company in 2020, I was hesitant to trust anyone to come into my home and do the work. After speaking with Chris and seeing how down-to-earth and straightforward he was, I decided to give their team a shot... and they did not disappoint! Larry and Cole came to my home, explained everything they would be doing that day, and provided straightforward pricing upfront. Both gentlemen took great care of my home while they worked. They were clean, friendly, and clearly knowledgeable. I'd welcome them into my home anytime!
